      Total scam. I ordered 12 bottles. I received 2 bottles of wine but those 2 weren't even list of what I had ordered. No response to my inquiry. Fun Fact: The order was marked shipped with a single tracking number for the two bottles of "moving on up merlot" I didn't order. What's crazy is that UPS measured the wine at 9lbs vs. a case which would weigh closer to 35lbs So it's clear they didn't even try to send 12 bottles. Disputing transaction with my credit card.

      Wineparity charged my credit card a day before acknowledging receipt of my order. Order was placed January 8 and wine has not been received yet (March 20). They keep claiming one of the wines is back-ordered and "due to arrive next week." That was weeks ago. They won't issue a refund so I am out about $200.

      It is with great disappointment and frustration that I leave this review. I have had an absolutely dreadful experience with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
      I placed an initial order with and provided my credit card details for payment. However, instead of charging me once for the order, they charged me twice a month for orders that I never placed. This went on for months, and I ended up losing over $6,000 to this unscrupulous company.
      Despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, I have received no response or explanation. Their complete lack of customer service and disregard for their customers is appalling.
      It is clear that this company is engaged in fraudulent and unethical business practices, and I urge others to avoid them at all costs. The fact that they have taken advantage of their customers in this way is unacceptable and they should be held accountable for their actions.
      In conclusion, I strongly advise against doing any business. They are untrustworthy, unreliable, and will not hesitate to take advantage of their customers. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs.
      I hope this review will get me a response and my money back.

      Purchase four bottles of wine Dec 2022. March 2023. No wine. Was told it was on back order and would ship soon. No response to two emails. Very frustrating.

      Wine Parity is the worst wine distributer you could ever deal with. They don't respond to email, they don't have a customer service line... even if you call to order wine on their phone number they hang up or disconnect you. I ordered a case of Venge Scouts Honor and never received it. DONT BE A FOOL LIKE ME AND ORDER YOUR WINE FROM THEM... THEY ARE CHEATING, LYING, DISHONEST CROOKS! 2$BILL

      Ordered a case of wine on January 16,2023. As of March 3 nothing. Multiple calls and emails with excuses saying it will be out next week. I’ve requested to cancel and get a refund. No responses. I’m calling my credit card to report as fraudulent. This place needs to be shut down.

      Ordered two cases 6 weeks ago. No responses to my inquiries. No wine. Horrible customer service. I asked them to cancel my order twice via email, no responses to those emails. Sites like these should not be allowed to operate on the internet.

      I ordered wine months ago and was never informed that it was backordered. I then was told it would ship late January. It didn't come. I cancelled the order two weeks ago and was told that I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. No refund received.
      I belive this site is a scam. I'm moving to legal action.

      3.5 months and no wine, and no response the last 2 months from customer service requesting a refund. They tried at first saying wine was on the way to them and would be shipped in two weeks, two more weeks, etc. just to delay and frustrate the customer. Scam business, do not order from them!
