I ordered 2.5 cases of wine on Nov 6. Today is Nov 22. I called them multiple times. No response. I have disputed the charges on my Credit Card. If this is the same company as Grapes Wine then I know where this will go. I lost over $1,000 ordering from them that I never received. I am going to do what is legally necessary to stop this fraud !!!

First, I would like to apologize in this case for upsetting ******. However, the use of the word “fraud” is a bit harsh and outright defamatory. Although we have been in business for over 2 decades with a sterling reputation, we do admit to flaws in our system, as any business would. We are always improving and streamlining our business paradigm.
With that said ****** placed orders on November 6 and cancelled the orders and disputed the charges on the 22nd. On our website we state that shipments are made 7-10 working days which would have, in this case shipped on the 18th. Allowing for UPS shipping to ******** add 5 days at best. Therefore, a reasonable delivery date in this case would be November 25.V. S.

This is not my first experience with this company. They used to be ********** and then changed their name. That company never delivered shipments worth $1000 and I gave up on them. This time around once I did not hear back from them after making multiple attempts to contact them for two weeks, I could not trust them especially after hearing that there are multiple other customers were facing the same problem with this company. Since no one could pick up the phone or return my calls my only option was to ask my credit company to withhold payment. Whether we call this a “fraud” company or not is up to the customers to decide after they read about my experience and that of others. I will never ever buy anything from this company and strongly recommend no one else to.Review fromTony K

1 starAbsolutely The Worst!!! I ordered a case of wine 10/19/2022. It has been over a month with no response to my email regarding shipping. Also no one ever answers the phone. I am actually writing here in hopes that someone will finally contact me. My Order number is ****** If I don’t hear back in the few days I will call my credit card company and dispute the transaction. There is no excuse for this type of business practice and to see it happening to so many people is terrible. Zero excuse for not communicating with your customers regarding delays or back orders and then lying about shipping. Just send me my wine or my money back. It’s simple. I will never do business with this company again. Which is a shame because had the experience been oleaste I would have ordered several cases a weekReview fromJandy S

1 starDO NOT ORDER from this company. No one answers the phone and they have terrible customer service. I have emailed and called and still no wine after almost a month although charged my credit card immediately. I did get an email back saying it was going to go out the end of the week over 13 days ago but still no wine. I hope I can cancel and get my money back. 1 STAR TOO MANY! Never Again.
I placed an order for 4 bottles, they made the order for 5, and charged my card for 5. I am still trying to reach them for 7 days to correct this, however, they cant be reached.
No response, and the order says " Processing".
I haven't gotten any confirmations, other than confirming the card was charged. No order confirmation, tracking, etc. I could've made my own wine by now!!
I left 5 voicemails and a few emails, and keep getting the same message..." No one available...etc."
I use many reliable on-line companies with never a problem, but couldn't find what I was looking for, and this one said they had my requested items in stock. I doubt it.
We'll see how long it takes, otherwise I'll be driving to Ct. !!Wine Parity

We advertise that we will ship customers wine in 7 to 10 days. The order that is in the spotlight was placed on 11/11. From time to time there will be an order that is delayed due to rare circumstances. Our customer service dep. is in contact with you and all issues will be resolved. Our business depends on our suppliers to be timely and accurate in order to service our clients efficiently and effectively and we are working hard to avoid the rare occasion where our client communication is not sufficient.Review fromIgor F

I’ve waited a month to write this review. I ordered a case of wine on October 15th. My cc was charged immediately. After a week I called to ask when the wine would ship. No response. I left a couple more voicemails and did not get a response. I emailed 3 or 4 times and finally heard from someone in the sales department that the wine would ship around Nov 7. I called 3 times between the 7th and today the 14th and emailed twice. I have yet to get a response. I’ve read the responses about hot weather etc and it’s October now so please pray tell… what is this months excuse? This is the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with any retailer. At the very least, you need to respond to customer inquiries…. Especially after you’ve already charged their credit cards.Wine Parity

I have been in contact with you, and will continue to be in contact with you, since October 21. I am sorry that you have had limited or no response to your emails and phone calls prior. That is a situation we are working to rectify. As with the nature of our business we depend on our suppliers to be timely and accurate in order to service our clients efficiently and effectively. In your case one of our suppliers delivered one of the wine of the wrong vintage and another supplier neglected to tell us that the wine was temporarily out of stock and will be delivered to us asap after we promised delivery to you. This is a rare situation and we realize our system is not perfect and we diligently work to improve all aspects of our business and we do apologize for our occasional situation when we have a dissatisfied client. Unfortunately, situations like this happens from time to time when selling vintage wine.

I've ordered $977 worth of wine online from Wine Parity 7 weeks ago. Their website looked pretty decent with good reviews. After few weeks of not receiving the order, I called and left a voicemail and an email. I have never been able to talk with someone on the phone. They emailed back and said it’s on backorder and promised to ship it end of the week and inform me once it’s shipped. I waited couple more weeks but nothing happened so I called and emailed again and told them I want to cancel the order and asked for a refund. Since then, I left another voicemail and an email but they are not responding. Be careful with Wine Parity!

We realize our method of operation is not perfect and we are diligently working to improve the customer service aspect of WineParity.com. We are significantly short-handed in our customer service dept. therefore I have personally been involved with your situation and communicating with you since September 19th of this year. One of the pitfalls of our business is that we depend on our suppliers to be timely and accurate for us to operate efficiently. We have been promised the wine you ordered from our supplier and I now know that the wine is unavailable and we will refund your purchase. Issues such as this occur in online wine sales from time to time. With the vast number of sales we experience we feel we should identify and act quickly to avoid negative consumer experiences. As I said, we are working to remedy situations such as yours and we know that communication could have been much better.

Wish I could give negative stars. Ordered a case of wine and my CC was charged immediately. Never got order or shipping or tracking info and of course, never got wine. Called and emailed at least 25 times. No response. Had to go to my credit card company and explain lucky to get a refund from my credit card company but not from this scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Wine Parity

took about 4 emails but Bruce took my box of wine to UPS himself and I should have it tomorrow per the UPS tracking #. Yes it took awhile and it was for a Birthday but this gentleman was gracious enough to get it to UPS himself. There are a few things that need fixed on their side. No Credit Cards processed till the shipment is on its way. That's my biggest concern, I do not want to call my CC company to dispute. Hopefully it say's I'll get the wine tomorrow and it comes in good shape. I'm excited because what I ordered could NOT be found anywhere where I live. Thank you Bruce. I'm sure that I will order again, but remember I don't wait and will be bombarded with emails from me. I work customer service sorta, and its hard to hear from people like me but I usually am relentless and I always get what I ordered. Once again, THANK YOU BRUCE!Wine Parity

I ordered a case of wine over a month ago and they said it would ship once the credit card info was confirmed. My credit card was billed immediately and still no wine. I sent an email and they responded that it would be shipped within a day. 2 weeks later nothing has been sent. I followed up again and got the same run around. This is the same company as Grapes Wine. They changed their name due to the bad reviews but are still up to the same cons.Wine Parity

Due to higher sales volume, unusual summer heat, trucking restrictions and suppliers having delivery issues as heat can permanently damage wine. Consequently, our service suffered during the months of July, August and September. We are working extremely hard to catch up and we have seen dramatic improvements.
