I agree if there’s a NO STAR choice I would’ve selected it. Booked round trip flights for two people departing with ***** and returning with ******** ******** I even bought the insurance just in case. The next day within the 20 hour period I couldn’t get a hold with the customer service and normally we have 24 hours to still cancel. The message was for me to call them back when it’s two weeks to my flight so I had the online service helped. I requested to cancel my flights . I was able to cancel the returning flight. They said my window to cancel was 4 hours ago for my departure which didn’t make sense because it was bought at the same time and how I can cancel the returning flight but couldn’t cancel the departure flight. I was able to call ***** to cancel my flight but can not refund because we went through a 3rd party. They can only give us credits for flights within a year. I probably should use it up just in case they make some excuse that it will be voided before a year. Sad to say is that make sure you’re 100% sure to book through them without cancellation because even insurance didn’t work within the 24 hours.

Had to pay for two rooms because I made (or tried to make a reservation/change). Didn't use but 1 room but charged for two rooms. Priceline said I had to make a new reservation before I could cancel the first reservation. Made the new reservation then was told I couldn't cancel the first reservation. I made an initial reservation for a two bed room because there was going to be three people . The other two people canceled so I just needed one bed. And on top of that, it was for my stepmother's funeral. Priceline will not make good on a refund even though the problem was solely due to Priceline's mistake ! I need help. I was charged a total of 197.74 when it should have been 81.97.

I booked a flight and it was for the wrong week. I noticed it within minutes and I called the airline and they told me since it is within 24 hours that all what Priceline has to do it send and email and they can return the money but it has to be within the 24 hours. I have emails from the airline. I went through various calls with Priceline, rude employees and even a supervisor and they told me that im not getting my money back. They did not send the email within 24 hours like I and the airline said, the Priceline employee even called the airline while I was on the line, and vivaaerobus CONFIRMED (I have an email from them as well as proof) that as long as they send the email within 24 hours I will get my money back. I asked the rep to cc me on the email and she never did. I called many times always asking for an update and they said no new update, I finally received a supervisor and they said they reviewed and I am not getting my money back. They told me it was over the 24 hours, I told them that they were supposed to have sent the email, first the supervisor had said the first email was sent on may 8th, I said what, I called in April 28th MOMENTS after the payment was made, then he said well its too late you're not getting a refund, I told them its on them since I have proof from airline and their agent called airline confirming I can get my money back and they are the ones that sent the email late, so they owe me the money, he then said the email was sent on April 28th but airline said they never heard from Priceline which I have the proof airline said they never heard from Priceline, supervisor then basically said doesn't matter, im not getting my money back.

I thought I was reserving a room for May 2/3, 2025 in *** ***** ***** ** directly with the hotel website. Priceline mimics the website and I ended up reserving in through their website for $109.05 per night, for a total of $218, plus local/state taxes. The “fee” and taxes ended up costing just over $103.00 dollar, so almost another room night in fees. I will never again mistake booking through Priceline for these fees that weren’t divulged during the reservation process, as if they had been, I certainly would not have paid an extra room night total for fees associated with the service. Another point that is very frustrating is that they don’t show this stay in my past when I sign into my account, so they “can’t assist” with the complaint situation that I would like to lodge with them. You can’t reach a person, only auto attendant who won’t process if you don’t have an ID #, which I no longer have the email associated with the initial reservation.

I have used Priceline for years. Never had a bad experience until this week. I accidently booked a hotel room on 5/20 instead of 5/23. I immediately called Priceline and customer service noted this room had just been booked and they would contact the 'third party' to see if I could get a refund or change the date. They said I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. I got NOTHING in response. I spoke with the hotel manager, Sunny, who stated she agreed to refund my hotel stay on 5/20 if Priceline would refund me. She said she had not received an email from Priceline about this issue. I spoke SEVERAL times to Priceline customer service, provided the hotel manager's name - and finally got an email response today - almost one week after my initial request. The email stated Priceline could not obtain approval to cancel this reservation. I HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO THE HOTEL MANAGER, AND THIS IS NOT TRUE. I actually rebooked a hotel room at the same hotel through Priceline for a hotel stay on 5/23. When I arrived at the hotel - there was NO reservation. I immediately called Priceline and they cancelled this reservation (that didn't exist) and refunded my money. I immediately booked directly through the hotel. I am so frustrated with Priceline. Unfortunately I have another hotel booked in June. I am nervous this hotel booking will actually work. I have been burned by Priceline, and their customer service is terrible. Never again.

I booked an airline ticket through priceline. My reservations were for 4 tickets, which I paid $4,700 total. During my online check in to the airline, They told me that there is one ticket reserved , other tickets were only for standy by only and it hasn't existed yet....I called priceline and spoke to the supervisor named " David" , and David told me that, on their end I have 4 tickets reserved. David told me he won't be able to contact the airline via phone because they are only third party.. David told me, why dont you go early at the airport and resolved it yourself, and show them the reservation....I told David that I told the airline staff that I already have the ticket number. But the airline said , that those tickets that were provided by priceline don't exist... He has no willingness to resolve the issue at all, and that I should be the one to take an action, not them. :(

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I booked a flight for my elderly mother in January for her to come visit us from overseas for her granddaughter’s graduation in May. I selected the flights with the shortest layover since non-stop wasn’t an option that was available. Less than a month after the flight was booked, I received a notification in the app that there was a flight change. I checked the app to see and they moved her departure time up by 12 hours on the domestic flight with no changes to the international flight, causing the layover time to change from 2 hours to 14 hours. I immediately contacted Priceline since they requested a call if I didn’t want to keep the updated flight. I told them that it’s a flight for my elderly mother and that I had purposefully selected the flight with the shortest layover and that I would need it changed. They said they would reach out to the airline to rectify the situation. It is now May, and after numerous calls and complaints I still have no updates on a flight change that I did not authorize and they won’t even cancel the flight without having to reach out to the airline again who has apparently not been responding back. I even tried contacting the airline directly and they and was hung up on the first call, second call they gave me a different number to call, which was Priceline! If brick and mortar store locations were available locally, I would have already visited to have this issue taken care of, but this is absolutely absurd that both Priceline and ****** Airlines have incompetent employees who do not know how to do their job. I will not recommend using Priceline to anyone ever again to book a flight. This has put a toll on both my mother and my mental health and physical health as this has been dragging on for months now and the flight is scheduled for next week. I called them again today and was told to call back in 72 hours in regards to a refund! Absolutely absurd!!

Allow incredibly shady rental car companies on their website, take your money, after failing to pick you up (says it’s at the airport, ************ it isn’t) shuttle never showed up, had to take an uber to the company (York, never rent from them), they said “I missed my window” and now I owed them $300+ for a bigger car…called Priceline and was just on hold for an hour…

I booked a hotel thru PRICELINE.COM 05/11/25-05/21/25 * *** ***** ** ***** *** I SPECIFICALLY asked about certain amenities based off the advertisement on the PL Website. The booking rep ASSURED ME everything was as seen on the website. I drove 11 hours from ** ** ** nonstop, checking in before day w/ my asthmatic 1 yr old. I ALREADY KNEW this stay @ OYO wasn't gonna work for us. 1) SMOKE FILLED,2) FILTHY PROPERTY (carpets stained on every floor, outdated equipment including elevator 3)Weak to no WIFI Service. Needless to say, I LOST OVER $1000.00 OUT OF MY PAYCHECK bc the wifi ABSOLUTELY did not work at all. The air conditioner face fell off inches from hitting my child as she was walking by, since when is a pool closed to paying customers but open for employees private parties?! When I told the front desk clerk what was going on a maid took charge as if she was management. This is a maid who came knocking at my door the second day of my being there accusing me of smoking in the hotel and telling me that she was coming into my room to inspect. I do not smoke in the first place. But since when does maid service have a right to freely walk into someone's room to inspect? Because that was the first time I've ever heard of that in all the years I've stayed at hotels. This was not a regular Hotel. This is more like an extended stay where people have been here for years and years it looks and smells of it and the property is not okay. I made this complaint known to front desk and also to Priceline for almost a week Priceline gave me the runaround and at the end of the day I was offered a 20% coupon for a undisclosed Hotel I asked for corporate office number and everybody acts like it doesn't exist. I call again today 05/23/25 and they're trying to take me back through the same routine I just came through with them last week no resolution no refund $600 and the 20% discount to a hotel of their choice which is a two star/less

Just know  They are horrible!! They have a huge glitch in there system and the hotel I booked for informed me that other customers called in to be informed that the days they booked for was not correct. Priceline website is changing the dates and offer no refund. To bag up I was in front of the hotel when I booked my date was correct! They changed it and if you don’t buy the insurance you are out of money either way. Then I was sent a email saying the hotel didn’t approve the refund but the hotel told me they would approve it because it was Priceline website and the amount of calls they received for the same exact thing that I experienced! I also went back to my credit card to find that Priceline true to double my charge but my card was locked. So they have reps trying to your you card on file that they claim they don’t see. I won’t recommend a homeless person! And this was along with Expedia which is the other third party. NEVED AGAIN.. Please book straight through the actual hotel no matter the cost! Good luck if you don’t you have been warned.
