I made a reservation through Priceline and prepaid for it. Got to the airport, I called ACE to pick us up.
They said they don't have vehicles available. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE WE DID. It's been 10 days and still haven't received my refund from Priceline.

Hey @Priceline, I’m extremely frustrated. I booked an ****** Airlines flight through your app after canceling a Spirit flight. When I called to change the flight time, your agents told me the ****** booking didn’t exist—even though it was clearly in my upcoming trips.
I spent hours of my day yesterday and today—time I had to take unpaid, losing about $40/hour—meaning I lost $120 yesterday and $40 today trying to convince your team of a flight that did exist. Meanwhile, your agents were getting paid to deny it.
I was wrongly transferred to ****** ******** (a canceled booking), and your system lost my ****** flight for a full day, causing serious financial and professional harm. This disrupted my work with an elderly client who depends on me, and all I’ve been offered is a 15% coupon.
If this isn’t fixed immediately with real compensation—including reimbursement for lodging or transportation—I will escalate to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Transportation.
Please escalate this to someone who can actually resolve this.

Priceline does not care about the fact that they host false advertising hotels on their website nor did they offer to help me. I would absolutely never use Priceline again and will spend a lifetime steering anyone away from this low of a company.

If I could give them no stars I would. They have one of the worst customer service systems ever. They make it so that you can't contact a physical person and they currently aren't allowing me to use the credit on my account. Their AI bot system is even worse and doesn't get you to anyone that can help. They have all these hidden fees and don't tell you all the information up front. They push the blame on the major airlines and you end up spending hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. Worst third party airline company by far and I would advise to stay far far away.

What a nightmare. I booked a flight through Priceline and bundled a car rental. When selecting my flight I picked my time of departure for an 8 a.m flight. I was given only one option for a car rental place that apparently doesn't open until 6 a.m which is off site from the airport. I now have to pay for an Uber to get to the airport and rush to hopefully make a flight. I called to complain regarding the inconvenience this has now caused me on my trip. When you're given a service by a travel agency company you would think that they would give you flight times and rental services that would coordinate an efficient time management for you. That is the entire point of using a service like this. They claim their systems don't work like that. How does that even make sense that you would bundle a flight and a car rental service that doesn't open in a timely manner for drop off. While on my call they offer me a coupon that can only be used for October and expires which is a joke. I ask to speak to a manager. Only to be transferred to a supervisor. Who offers no resolution and tells me the conversation is unproductive when I ask to speak to an actual manager. Then tells me I can't speak to a manager that they will give me a call back within 24 hours. Which is also absolutely ridiculous. Then I find out if Iiss the managers call they don't provide a call back number and I have to call customer service again and do the process all over. But I was the one being unproductive. That is unproductive. Your customer service is unproductive. You offered no resolution to your lack of ability of time management in your failed system and I suffer from that and the best you offer is a coupon that can only be used in a certain month and expires? Worst customer service I have experienced.

The website had the dates set 3 months in advance I wanted to book for July 26th but since the website had it preset to 3 months later i accidentally purchased a hotel for September. I spoke with multiple people and they said the hotel wasn’t answering. So I called the hotel and she said that she just got off the phone with them, so they straight up lied to my face and said the wouldn’t be able to change the dates. Then I called back again and the Priceline agent said he could get the dates changed but it would be and extra 139$ on top of the 99$ I had already spent. DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!!! They scam and will not do anything to help! The front desk lady said she would happily change the date for me but since it was booked through a 3rd party she can’t do anything about it and then Priceline wants to charge me an extra 139$ just to switch a date! It’s ridiculous F Priceline!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in how difficult it’s been to cancel my reservation after the sudden passing of my father. I’ve been bounced back and forth between Priceline and Agoda—each one pointing fingers at the other and offering no real support. In the end, I had to contact the hotel directly to cancel, yet no one will send me a written confirmation so I can provide it to the other parties involved. It’s exhausting and frustrating to go through this much effort during an already devastating time. There is absolutely no compassion or accountability in this process, and I expected much better from a company like Priceline.

PREPAID $650 for a week rental for a ******** Class A car at Priceless car rental through PRICELINE in ****** ** ************ Numerous hidden “fine print” fees once we got there to pick up car. We were told it would be an additional $950.00 for the week to drive it out of Switzerland to visit other family members in Hungary. Also additional $120.00 for additional driver fee. Also instead of ******** they gave us a compact **** *** stating they consider it the same class as a ********. Cancellations were denied as we had already prepaid. We had to stay in Switzerland with the car. Very dissatisfied with the deception of the company and Priceline supports/advertises for this company. Go with ********** as we later found out they don’t charge to drive the rental vehicles out of ************ What a scam these people are running to cheat people out of extra dollars once they have your initial payments!

I book a hotel a few days through priceline they didnt find my reservation. So I had to pay with card directly with the hotel. Today I went to another hotel and they found a reservation made through booking but not paid when they already charged me 198 dollars on my card for the night. I'm calling to get a refund but they can't find the trip associated with my account because it doesn't exist in their computer system so they hung up leaving me with no refund. They became a scam!!! Careful
