      ****** Plumbing And Heating provided excellent customer service. I was notified prior to the arrival of the technician and he arrived in a timely manner. The technician was very professional and accurately diagnosed the problems and made the necessary repairs to my water heater and main water shut-off valve. I highly recommend this company.

      I have a Home Serve warranty for my Hot Water Heater, and they were able to utilize the ****** ***, to come out to my house, to replace the the Hot Water. The person at ****** was Riley, who did a superb and professional job.
      I congratulate Home Serve for finding and working with the Mcatee Co., to replace my water Heater in a timely manner.

      Outside water leak was repaired quickly and within an hour we had clean water again.
      The crew tracked down the leak and quickly resolved the problem.

      The service technician called to let me know he was on his way (which I really appreciated). He was very polite and adept at his job. He was also very careful not to bring anything inside that would mar floors. I would not hesitate to refer friends and will call with future needs.

      I have utilized Home Serve (Home ****** for many years and am very pleased with the quick response I get when I have an issue with any of my covered appliances. JND appliances is the company that have done my service repairs with Home Serve, and I am extremely pleased with that company as well.
