      STAY AWAY FROM HOMESERVE USA, THEY WILL STALL YOU AND TELL YOU THAT WHAT EVER YOU SENT IN THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVE IT...JUST TO DENY ANY AND ALL CLAIMS...WE HAVE SPENT YEARS AND WHEN WE NEEDED THE ELECTRICAL THEY SENT SOME WANNA BE ELECTRICIAN THAT SAID HE WILL BE BACK WITH HIS HELPER AND NEVER CAME BACK..DENIED MY $2400 ELECTRICAL CLAIM....PLEASE STAY AWAY. CANCEL WITH FPL TOO.

      Over the past 4 years, my water mainline has leaked four separate times. Every time, HomeServe covered a patch repair - never a full replacement -even though it was obvious the pipe was deteriorating and due for full replacement. After the fourth leak, I finally gave up and paid out of pocket to replace the entire mainline myself.
      What’s the point of a service plan if it only kicks in for short-term band-aids and leaves homeowners stuck with the real cost? Disappointed and frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone expecting real coverage.

      Exterior main line started leaking from 7 gallons per hour so I contacted HS. Dispatch was super fast. And got someone out to diagnose and they suggested a new line. Has to wait a week and by then it was leaking 12 gallons per hour but it was well worth the wait.
