No hassle. No service charge. Customer service was excellent. I needed an A/C repair person ASAP and Home Serve delivered. They found FYI A/C company and set up an appointment for me. I got my A/C repaired within 3 hours of calling Home Serve.HomeServe USA Corp.

Trying to purchase coverage plans @HomeServe is a nightmare. For home coverage plans, the details of their coverage and the Exclusions. You need to read the detailed Terms very carefully.
Some HomeServe plans can only be enrolled online, and some plans can only be enrolled over the phone.
Their website has numerous bugs they refuse to acknowledge or work around. It takes many hours talking to dozens of Customer Service agents and Supervisors to enroll and pay for their plans.
The Contact details page has the City and Zip code prefilled out incorrectly. They couldn't fix this.
They accept MasterCard for payment, but only certain credit cards from banks that do not require a CVV number. WRONG MasterCards result in a "Server side validation" error.
They can't accept savings accounts numbers.
Sgning in, website populates the Coverage Address with incorrect address, outdated by 12 years not the address plans were purchased for. According to system expert, "their system" forces the customer to Confirm the incorrect address is correct Forcing customer to Confirm incorrect information is correct is a bad practice.
I felt mistreated by all HomeServe representatives. we ran into many problems. Their answer to simple request:"No, they can't do that" and "try the process over again from beginning and see what happens", "try another credit card or bank account that works with their system".
What should have been easy and simple task turned into a mess that took several hours on the phone with them to investigate.
I feel that for all of the trouble that HomeServe USA put me through, they owe me some significant compensation for the time and effort that I was forced to go through and for the Customer Assistance that I have not received.
If you plan to work with HomeServe USA, plan for a rough ride & many disappointments.HomeServe USA Corp.

HomeServe responded very quickly with an efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable technician which was much appreciated. There were constant updates regarding appointment time set and expected time of arrival - which was very prompt. It's an extremely great service to have and well worth having peace of mind when needed.HomeServe USA Corp.

Sergio from *** ********** arrived within an hour of placing call
He was professional, courteous and explained what was causing the issue
He corrected the problem, cleaned up the work area and was on his way.
I have the service for over 20 years and never needed it, thanks that we have it now.

My kitchen sink backed up at 11:30 pm. I called HomeServe and left a report. In the morning I received a call and a service team was out that afternoon. Great customer service all around!HomeServe USA Corp.
