My A/C fan on the condenser quit working, I called HomeServe and Phil from ******** Heating and Cooling came out and fixed my problem. He has been to my house several times on other issues. He did a great job and he is very professional. I appreciate how quickly he diagnosed the problem and fixed it.HomeServe USA Corp.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I'd been a subscriber to the sewer line protection plan with no issues until this year, when another technician thought they found an issue with the sewer line. So I called homeserve and made a claim and let them know it was NOT an emergency.
None the less, same day response from a plumber who used a pipe camera on the line, covered by Homeserve, to confirm the problem. I was astonished they did this. The plumbers were good and confirmed the problem.
They let me know that clearing the land above the problem was not covered, which is reasonable, but once that is done they can move to the next step.
So, yeah, this service is real and actually did something useful.HomeServe USA Corp.

I would recommend them anytime, my serviceman Robert was on time, very professional, had all the tools and materials with him to do the job. He fixed the water line and corroded pipe in my kitchen sink from the upstairs to the basement and changed over to PVC piping in about an hour. Everything is working fine. 5 starsI had a small leak in my main water line. After my first call to HomeServe they called me back in less than 10 minutes to tell me the plumber would come the next day. I'm 100% satisfied with the service and communication!
