1 starAwful told me I have a leak in my one year old A/C system and they can’t fix, well they could, but thousands of dollars for leak test, they came twice and told me the same thing. I decided to get a second option and pay a hvac company out of pocket, they found bad air flow, misappropriated board and wires hooked up wrong, they turned up the fan speed and all my frosting problems went away easy fix for someone that knows what they are doing. What a disappointment and to be blunt a total waste of money that I’ll never get back. Beware of this company they will use excuses not to fix in my experience.Review fromDeidra G

I was pleasantly surprised when HomeServe responded to my request for service so quickly. I had my hot water heater fail they had a plumber out the next morning. Joe The Plumber came to do the replacement. Fabulous Work. Dylan And Zack Did A Great Job. Very Knowledgeable And Courteous.HomeServe USA Corp.

This was my first experience with HomeServe, and I was quite pleased with the service I received. Vijay is an excellent technician—I was very impressed with his approach to analyzing the problem. The absolute biggest scam in “utility insurance”. After YEARS of paying my premium, they had someone come to look at my HVAC who then told me they’d need to “come back”. Instead,
I got a call that homeserve was going to cancel my policy and would not cover the HVAC bc it was on the roof. Keep in mind, they came out to inspect the unit and had also worked on it before. To this day, they are still trying to charge my cancelled credit card. They’ve never refunded me any money. Just cancelled my policy and made me pay the $10k for a new HVAC that had been insured through them for yearsHomeServe USA Corp.
