The absolute biggest scam in “utility insurance”. After YEARS of paying my premium, they had someone come to look at my HVAC who then told me they’d need to “come back”. Instead,
I got a call that homeserve was going to cancel my policy and would not cover the HVAC bc it was on the roof. Keep in mind, they came out to inspect the unit and had also worked on it before. To this day, they are still trying to charge my cancelled credit card. They’ve never refunded me any money. Just cancelled my policy and made me pay the $10k for a new HVAC that had been insured through them for years

Hot water gas heater died; yikes! Contacted Home Serve and they were quick to dispatch my contractor, ****** ********* Job completed quickly with professional and courteous service from Bowers. I switched from ******** **** ****** ****** to Home Serve this year for my needs based on their reputation and testimonials read from many satisfied customers.
