After having multiple repair contracts for over five years I need to warn people about this company. They are denying coverage for a $2300 HVAC repair saying I don’t have a valid contract. They repaired the same unit three weeks ago and six months ago without an issue. I pay monthly. They never said anything, they paid until this expensive repair. All of a sudden my contract is on the wrong unit. I hardly have taken advantage of my many plans. My dishwasher was broken. I paid the $50 copay. The technician came and said it was too old and left. ChatGPT told me what to do and nine months later it is still going strong. It is not a wise decision to use this company. A fair warning to others.

*** **** came out through HomeServe. I would hire these guys and recommend them even if I hadn't gone through home serve. Top-notch professional and personable and get the job done. I can't recommend them high enough. I would give them more than five stars if possible Ed is hands down the best I have ever had to work for meHomeServe USA Corp.

Recently, HomeServe sent "Service Experts - Church Services" to my home for a Cooling System Tune-up. The technician did not rush through the service call and also patiently answered my questions. It was a very positive experience and I feel like he did an excellent job. For your home warranty needs, I highly recommend HomeServe.HomeServe USA Corp.
