      I have been paying Home serve for outside and inside water sewer pipes coverage. I had called the company in two occasions and was denied and no reimbursement. I think this company is bogus company running a scam , I need you to investigate and need them to fix the cracked pipe . They refused to give me the service I have been paying for.

      Today the 11th, of April 2023 , I’m responding to the promise home serve message, they will have someone to reach to me to resolve the matter . But it’s seems to me the customers not important to them . But one of the sales representatives called me to sell me appliances coverage I told him before I purchase anything your company must resolve the problem I have raised with your company (Home serve )

      NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY!!! My 81 year old aunt had a leak under her kitchen sink (she needs a new faucet). HomeServe sent a plumber who never fixed anything under her sink, instead walked all around her house (to check for other leaks) and removed her jewelry from her bedroom. It’s sad how people like this take advantage of the elderly. I’m just glad she wasn’t hurt, this could have been worse. He even left a receipt! A police report was made, I hope they lock this guy up. And I hope HomeServe fired him so he doesn’t do this to others. No stars for this company, very expensive too!

      Just a followed up to my review.. An arrest has been made and items were recovered. HomeServe and the plumbing company that this perpetrator worked for was very cooperative. As nerve racking as this situation was, it seems we have closure. Fortunately no one was hurt. HomeServe customer service was accommodating and understanding, but unfortunately we needed to cancel service and move on.

      Terrible - I had to call so they would schedule a new tech 3 times. Never received a phone call from any tech to schedule an appointment. After waiting 3-weeks for someone to just call and schedule an appointment (and paying up front the $75 service fee), I decided to cancel and just buy a new washing machine instead. Don't bother - save your money. It could just be my region in TN since HomeServe contracts with local companies. I also discovered that the contracting company was fighting to keep my $75 even though I never got a service call. Never again.

      HomServe replaced the original hot water heater (Slim & tall) in my house with a (Wide & short) one, blocking the heating equipment behind it. I was out of country at that time. When I came back, I found out that the heating equipment in the Utility room cannot be replaced without removing the hot water heater. I have complained to the customer service many times & requested to escalate the issue. However, no one is listening, and I am not getting any response.

      I received the best service ever. I called 6 in the morning and a service representative was at my house before noon. He was very professional, experienced and understanding of my needs. My heat and A/C were back on and functioning again. Thank You Home Serve.

      In September 2022, our central air conditioner stopped working. I contacted HomeServe to repair it. The technician indicated that the coil in the air handler needed to be replaced. The technician ordered the part and a dispatcher contacted me to inform me that the part is on back order and asked me to follow up in December. As instructed, I called HomeServe in December and a representative indicated that the part is still on backorder but should be available in March. In early March I contacted HomeServe to follow up and a representative indicated that someone from the warehouse/dispatch would contact me. However, no one contacted me. On March 16th, I contacted again HomeServe and a representative stated that she would escalate my request to management to address the issue and schedule the repair. However, again, no one contacted me to follow up or schedule the repair. On March 21st, I contacted again HomeServe and spoke with agent John ************ (Management of Second Shift) who reviewed the file, and indicated again that he would contact management to resolve the issue. He also indicated that if the matter was not resolved within 48 hours, he would personally call me to follow up. One more time, no one called me to follow up or schedule the repair. Yesterday March 23rd, I called again and spoke with agent Kiki ***** (Front lime management) and she indicated that she called and emailed management to have a supervisor call me yesterday to discuss and resolve the issue. One more time, no one called me to follow up.
      I’ve contacted HomeServe five (5) times to order the part and schedule the repair. I didn't expect that I have to keep a log of my calls with HomeServe and document the agents' names and IDs to schedule a repair. We are disappointed with the company's customer service as it has failed to complete this task. We simply want to fix the air handler. I would appreciate it if we could get solid information regarding this matter and schedule the repair.

      I called with a heating issue (no heat) on February 19th. I was told someone would call me in 24-48 hours. They sent a technician who came out Thursday Fed 23rd stated he thinks it was a actuator but Homeserve will not cover it. I contacted Homeserve and was informed the company reported the parts I needed were discontinued. Now I'm a week without heat with 3 children, 2 dogs, and a snow storm was approaching. I requested a supervisor was provided the president dept left message. I called another company who made the repair. Taniesha Looney OTP team called me. She sent me my policy to review. I explained to her at this time we had been 2 weeks without heat and I needed to get the heat fixed. I stressed to her I wanted to make sure I was going to be reimbursed because the cost was almost $1600.00. I send her a email asking her to review the job and policy on Feb 28th she responded March 2 asking for time to review everything. It's now Wednesday March 22nd. I have been going back and forth with Tanieshia and homeserve about reimbursement now for almost a month with no resolution. Poor customer service.

I see as you mentioned in the review you have been working with a member of our Office of the President team to try and get reimbursement since your provider was able to find the discontinued part. Speaking to her about your case I see she received the finalized paid invoice from you on 3/10 and was then able to start the reimbursement approval process and is submitting the approval this morning. We are sorry this process has taken some time from start to finish but happy to hear your provider was able to find the discontinued part and get the issue resolved for you.       Excellent service, fast response, so affordable. I am so pleased with HomeServe that I have several repair policies. The agents that you report your problem to are always so polite, professional, and listen attentatively. The claim is processed immediately, and I always hear back from the contractor within 24 hours or less. HomeServe also communicates well, so you always know exactly how your claim is progressing, start to finish.
