I had a furnace issue so I called home serve in the morning. About 2 hours later a furnace technician called me and set up a time for him to fix the issue. By about 2:00pm the furnace was fixed. Very impressed!

1 starTHIS IS A SCAM SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My heat was out so I called the number provided, I was told an appointment was made and I would be contacted shortly by the contractor. After a few hours I called again and talked to an agent, she said I was in the system and would be contacted. I was never contacted by anyone as the temperature continued to fall. The next morning, I called my own contractor and who responded immediately, and my heat was restored. Later in the day the Homeserve contractor called and asked if I still needed service!!! I told him I waited all day and night for him without even a phone call and he hung up on me!!!!!!! I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND!!! I CALLED CORPORATE AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! THIS SERVICE SUCKS, ALL B.S.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review fromGail W

I have had to call them a couple of times years apart and every time from my initial call until the job is completed in very good timing was just Amazing. Never have I had to call back and say something wasn't right.I recommend them to people all the time.I Thank God for them.HomeServe USA Corp.

We had a sewer line blockage on a weekend. I called HomeServe to get help, and they initially gave me the name of a company nearby to contact for service. Unfortunately, that company did not provide weekend service. I recontacted HomeServe, and this time they gave me a provider that did weekend service. That company responded and the service was done promptly and professionally.HomeServe USA Corp.

Had to send a plumber out 3 times for the same problem. Told HomeServe to NEVER send ******* **** ******** to my house ever again. Dirty, sloppy and didn't fix the problem. HomeServe finally sent out ******** ********* who fixed the problem and left it clean. Highly recommend *********HomeServe USA Corp.

Although I am glad to hear that we were able to get someone to come out and correct the issue, I also understand how frustrating it is to have had a less than positive experience with the first service provider that went out. I called Home Serve about a slow leak in our water supply line and they had someone come out within a few days and fix very quickly. Very satisfied with the results.HomeServe USA Corp.
