      HomeServe - did outstanding for me. 1. Called them described my issue. 2. A Service request was created and opened. 3. Within hours a Service Provider (Plumbing) was provided and an appointment was made w/me for the next day. 4. The provider showed up repaired my leaking copper pipes in the basement. 5. The work was done perfectly. End of repair. I highly recommend this service. Thank you

      Home serve sent someone out the next day when we had a sewage clog that caused the water to back up and overflow our toilet. The plumber was very knowledgeable and knew the spot to unclog. I’m so glad I took out Home Serve.

      Outside vendor came to my house, did a quick walk through inspection and found nothing apparently wrong at this time. Home serve was quick to get this vendor out to check for problems

      I have had & paid monthly for HomeServe contracts for YEARS! Only previous time I used HomeServ
      E was 20-years ago. Currently, we are having. Cold snap in ***  My furnace was blowing cold air which usually means the filter needs to be changed. I changed the filter but could not get furnace doors to close. Ergo, NO HEAT in 30-40 degree temp. Phoned HomeServ: CLOSED on WEEKENDS! No heat until Monday late morning to early afternoon. I would be frozen dead. They would reimburse a nominal amount if I would phone someone else. I am a little old lady so I would have to walk 3-blocks in cold to closest ATM then back again: would need at least $250 on hand. What the hell have I been paying for? If my water pipe went & spewed water should I flood until Monday?!?!?! In *** plain-speak: WHAT THE F????!!!!

      I have a contract with Home Serve USA. By far the worst company to do business with. I called them on 1/25/23 and explained I didn't have hot water. Mind you; they were at my house three weeks prior for the same reason. I left on vacation to come back to no hot water. I called them. I never heard back from them and called again. Here the person taking my information wrote down the wrong phone number. I'm now on day 4, and no one can come out to look at my issue until Monday, which makes it day 6 with no hot water. Yet they advertise a 24-hour hotline, don't be fooled into thinking you will get fast service; that 24 hotline is just that. They can barely employ enough people to work for them. To my knowledge, they have three people to cover an entire area. Those three people make their own hours. I'm telling you this, so you don't think that bc you have a contract with them that puts you in line for faster service, bc they will tell you it dies. It doesn't matter if you have a contract because they only have three people who pick and choose their hours and do not work weekends. Do your math; it leaves little room/hours for service. Six days, no hot water, 3-4 phones, and back twice for the same reason. This is the service you will get from Home Serve USA.
      If I can help one person by writing my experience, then writing this was worth my time, and I was successful. If you want to pay for a bunch of headaches with rotten service, contact Home Serve USA.

      They called me pretending to be FPL and then in a very sneaky way tried to get information about my property. When I asked them to verify who they were she kept repeating her "script", but finally we got to the bottom of it and they are NOT FPL and are a 3rd party company calling me on a marketing sales call trying to sell me. She got mad and hung up on me when I told her she should not be contacting me since I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. Don't these scammers get fined for this stuff??? With her bad attitude I would never do business with this company anyways
