      We experienced a main sewer pipe backup. Called HomeServe. Three plumber services were required to correct the problem: snake out the pipe, run a camera through the pipe to check for blockage, and the a hyper flush to clean out any remaining blockage. The HomeServe representatives were efficient, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the total project. Since we could not use our facilities during this time, the HomeServe employees expedited all the above mentioned services. HomeServe should be proud of the dedicated people working to serve it's insured clients.

      January 2021, I signed up for an annual water line protection plan at $59.40, "automatically renewed annually on the same payment terms". January 2022 the charge to my checking account was $83.40 (40% over the $59.40). I did not notice at the time. January 2023 the charge to my checking account was $89.40 (50% over the $59.40). Supervisor "unavailable" to engage me.

      DO NOT THINK ABOUT IT!!
      THIS COMPANY PRAYS ON THE POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS!
      DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PURCHASING A PLAN THEY ONLY HAVE 3 VENDORS WHO NEVER RETURN CALLS AND WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS TO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR HOUSE FOR 2 MONTHS!
      WHEN YOU FINALLY GET YOUR CLAIM ESCALATED THEY WILL STILL CLAIM TO BE PROACTIVE TRYING TO HELP BUT DO NOT DO A THING TO GET ANYONE TO HELP YOU!
      BEWARE OF THE LIES THEY WILL TELL YOU TO GET YOUR OFF THE PHONE.
      DO NOT DO IT--- DO NOT USE HOMESERVE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, JUST THE MONEY THEY TAKE FROM YOU!!

      Hannah, my issue is still not even scheduled to have anyone out yet. I even spent all weekend searching for providers, I called first thing today and even emailed the lady handling my case. I got a call back from home serve and provided all the information to whom can come out

      We have use this company several times for Furnace repairs and air conditioning repairs . The people sent out do an excellent job. The monthly premium paid for their service is worth it.

      They never fix my plumbing issue. They don’t even have a service provider in my town, it took 3 weeks to send a plumber to my house, I even talked to the manager Cody Hayward and he gave me empty words and promises. I’m not pleased with that company at all.
