      I have been pleased with every issue I have had dealing with Home Serve.
      The last issue I has done was
      I had to have a Hot Water Heater. ****** Plumbing did the job was so pleased.??

      Have Exterior water line coverage. Reported main water line leak on Sep 26 2022. received email/text saying plumber will b there Sept 29. He cancelled 1/2 hour before he was supposed to show. Said he would reschedule for "early next week" On, or about Oct 4, Leak Squad came and marked where the leak occurred. Plumber said he would be there to do repair on, or about, Oct 4. I called him on Oct 4 to ask if he was coming. Said no, he will be there Monday or Tuesday "next week". Finally, on Oct 19 plumber shows, finds and repairs leak, but tells me there are more leaks. will need approval from HomeServe to simply replace the whole line. Now, the leak if worse than before. I have to turn the water off at the street because it floods the hole plumber dug. I turn it back on twice a day so that I can flush, shower, laundry (if I can get enough water pressure). But I'll have to turn it off again once the hole fills with water and starts spilling into the street. Plumber tells me he will be back early next week (no specific date). I call him twice. No return call. I call HomeServe twice. They say they will send him message. Oct 24 call HomeServe and beg to talk to a manager. They tell me they will have someone call me within two hours. Later I get message plumber will come back Oct 26 in afternoon. We are in week 5 since I filed the claim and HomeServe did not even have the courtesy to call . Meanwhile, I have to turn water on at the street, wait for water pressure to build, and fill buckets so I can flush later in the day.

      I have indoor plumbing insurance with Homeserve. I had a problem with my kitchen sink and the toilet in the master bath. I called and they sent a plumber out within a couple of days. They fixed both problems efficiently and it didn't cost me a cent.
