Repair company was OK. Customer service, problem solving were so bad I am thinking about cancelling all of my policies, of which I have many. I felt deceived. Other customers were reimbursed for the same problem I had but my request was denied. Elevating to a supervisor was even more frustrating. I wish there was a half star

I think Homeserve USA is engaging in a deceptive business practice. I purchased a service agreement from them to repair or replace the water service line into my house if it failed. After paying premiums to them for several years, I noticed in this years renewal agreement that a new water line exclusion section had been added that stated any water line with a pressure of over 30 pounds per square inch was excluded. I measured the pressure of my line and found it was 75 pounds per square inch and therefore would no longer be covered. I called Homeserve, verified that was the case and cancelled the agreement. If I had not read the entire agreement, I would have continued to pay premiums for a service that would no longer be covered. I feel that it was deceptive for them to not warn customers that this change had been made in the agreement.HomeServe USA Corp.

I got the interior plumbing plan and when I needed it I was screwed over they don't cover valves and fixtures the customer service rep basically said its not covered you pay out of your own pocket.... it's my fault i assumed it would be cover and didn't read the fine print and on top of that I had a shady plumber trying to convince me to file a claim against my insurance company for a little leak and he had connections they don't seem to screen these contractors I canceled all my plans everything about this company seems shadyHomeServe USA Corp.

****** thank you for your feedback. We do include what is and is not covered in the terms and conditions that we send out when you enroll in any plan. They are not in the fine print, they are in the main part of the agreement. The terms are also available online. We will have someone from the Office of The President reach out to you to answer any other questions you may have.

Home Serve was great in repairing a leak in my main water line in my front yard. Their contractor came the next day and fixed the leak in less than an hour and a half!!!
Home Serve also was great in clearing the blockages in two shower/toilet drains. Their contractor came the next day and promptly remedied the blockages.
I highly recommend Home Serve.HomeServe USA Corp.

1 starBeware! On or around Aug-Sep of 2021 I informed HomeServe of a possible water line break on my property. When they sent someone out to fix the problem they came out said that they fix the issue however, approximately 2 days later, water was seeping through the same spot in the ground. I called HomeServe to complain, they apologize and promise to send another company out to fix the problem but no one ever came despite many calls. So July 2022, I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor and complain. They finally sent someone else out to fix the problem of a busted water line but the plumber use a backhoe to dig up my lawn and promised to have a landscaper come out and repair my lawn. Despite my many calls to the plumber and to HomeServe no one has come out and my lawn looks terrible. I was schedule to have an appraiser come out to my home to appraise my home for a Home Refinance, but can't because my lawn looks like venue for a Monster Truck Rally! As a result, I lost my interest rate because the Feds raised the interest rate 3/4 percent. I continue to call HomeServe and all they do is promise they will contact the plumber and call me back to follow up but they never do and the plumber nor the landscaper have not contacted me. This issue was started a year ago and this company continues to lie and make promises to fix this issue but never do. Meanwhile they have paid 2 pluming companies over the last year.Review fromKari P

5 starsOur AC unit went out and we called Homeserve. They responded with a sense of urgency as their service representative called us immediately, made contact with a provider, who schedule a next day repair. A quick assessment of the problem was made, and they installed a new compressor and blower at no cost. Thank you for coming to our rescue!!
