Homeserve is a rip off. I had an exterior water leak - which is horrifying enough. They hired **** *** ************ and told the guy NOT to discuss anything with me. The guy would come out and poke the ground looking for leaks. Then disappear for two weeks. He would come out and do another test, and disappear. This happened again. I did not authorize or approve payment to him because HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I complained to Homeserve and found a reputable repair company. They let the leak go FOR SO LONG (two months), that my front porch started to sag. They refused to cover the damage and they only paid the remaining allotment to a MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE REPAIR. Their mismanagement cost me $12,000.HomeServe USA Corp.
