Am beyond happy with Homeserve. They got a company out within a couple days to change out some old plumbing that was leaking. This Was Not An Easy Job. Old Metal Pipes That Leaked Were Removed And Replaced. Zack Had To Cut Through The Pipes In Many Spots To Remove It As It Was Through The Floor Beams. Had this coverage for a year, part of the policy I paid for included the sewer line. I was selling my home and the sewer was inspected and deemed needing to be repaired. I filed for a claim with my home owners insurance who approved it, then, I filed a claim for the sewer with HomeServe. They sent out another plumber who also deemed the sewer in need of repair. Homeserve denied my claim after their technical review, a person who is not a licensed plumber reviewed the plumbers video of the sewer because they saw water in the line, so they determined they would not cover the remaining cost of the repair. Despite plumbers saying the repair was needed and my home owners approving the claim, homeserve denied it based off their own personal opinion that it didn't need to be fixed. They stated that since there was water in the line and the basement wasn't backed up with water, it didn't need to be repaired. These people are horrible to deal with, I would never pay for their services again. When I asked to speak with the supervisor because I didn't agree with their decision I was met with the same response. I dont know why they bother sending out a plumber and not going by the plumbers opinion. They stated that the plumbers always say lines need to be repaired, when really they dont want to pay out. Dont use this company, they are crooks and frauds. I should have threatened to get legal counsel involved, but I didn't have the time while trying to move across the country. Avoid this company as they just take your money and when you need their services they will juat deny your claim!HomeServe USA Corp.

I have had them out twice so far. And both times the gentleman who has come out has been great! He has explained everything to us. He was very polite, very courteous and he knew exactly what he was doing so I would definitely recommend this company.HomeServe USA Corp.
