      I ordered a specific arrangement ********* to be delivered the next day to my friend whos mama passed away. They were in fact delivered on time but the huge issue is it was nothing like the arrangement I ordered. I read the part before ordering about substitutions may be done but what I paid for was not even close to what I ordered. My friend said she loved them (I am sure she was just being nice) but when she sent me a picture with her thanks, I was became extremely upset. The only flower part that matched my ordered were a few roses, the rest were cheap random flowers and fillers. I do not think there idea of a substitute should be just whatever they have or less value. This would mean no matter which arrangement I choose, they can deliver whatever they want and I feel this is exactly what they did. I did reached out to them to explained my disappointment and they decided to send me an email stating they are refunding me $12.01. I was never contact by phone. I did not agree to this and just want them to send the actual arrangement that I paid for or at least something very close to what I ordered and with the same value. Not a bunch of fillers and random cheap flowers. Also, the arrangement they sent looked very unprofessionally done. I paid for professionalism and wish to receive it.

      From You Flowers did reach out to me via voicemail and email to let me know that they would send out a replacement arrangement. They delivered it today and though it is not exactly what I ordered, it was beautiful and very professionally made. I am very happy with the outcome of this transaction.       Placed a same day delivery. Order # *********. Paid to have order expedited and order placed before noon today 8/2/2022. Order was never delivered and was never contacted. Over 96 dollars! Want a full refund as this messed up my Anniversary!

      I purchased flowers from “From You Flowers” on August 1st to be delivered on August 2nd to my mother. However, the flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture that was on the website. The flowers were partially wilted, not arranged well, much smaller and not trimmed. What I had ordered looked nothing like it had on the website, which is not alright considering I spend over 40 dollars for them to arrive in a poor condition. I have attached what the flowers were supposed to look like as they appeared on the website and how they arrived.

      I placed an order on From You Flowers (which I have used in the past) a week ago to be delivered today., my parent's anniversary. Orner number: ********* I paid for before noon delivery, which it is now 2pm and that did not happen. In addition to paying for before noon delivery, when I check the status it says this on From You Flowers website:
      * Unless the "Expedited Service Option" was selected and paid for then it will be delivered within 4 hours of placement or if place for future day before noon on the selected date.
      Therefore, I should have received before noon delivery regardless. I try to call and get the message that they cannot give any order information via phone. What? Why? Makes no sense but okay, so I chat in. It was terrible and I have been sent a copy of the chat. Canned answers and although they refunded by before noon fee, that was not the point and they could not understand that (or did not care to understand it). I wanted the flowers there this morning (they are still not there). The worst part for me was that they refused to give me the name of the florist but more importantly, they refused to reach out to the florist and ensure my order was on the truck for delivery before the end of the day which is approaching fast. She told me "well, if it is not you will get a refund". Today is my parents anniversary and I made this order a week ago to ensure it would be there this morning (or definitely today). So I spent more money and asked a local florist to deliver something because I have no guarantee my delivery will be there. Special occasions are important to people. I have elderly parents who at this point think I forgot their anniversary and I absolutely did not. If you are going to be in the flower delivery business, then you have to know that people order flowers for important events and they need to be on time.

      We purchased the Large "****** ***** **** ***** Bouquet" from "FromYouFlowers.com" on 7/30/2022 and to delivered the same day. The item did indeed get delivered the same day, but the arrangement was HORRIBLE. The recipient sent me a photo to thank me and i was appealed at the look and size of the arrangement. The arrangement was tiny, and the arrangement was about 70% all fillers. It was filled with tons of greenery, whereas the image on their site for the arrangement was very beautiful and full of flowers.

      I proceeded to call their customer service on 2 separate occasions on 7/31/22, to which i was hanged up on both times. The 1st time i spoke to the rep, she proceeded to offer me a 20% discount, then a 30%, and then to replace the order. When i asked a asked as to how she can guarantee that shipping out the order again is not going to look the same and me having to call again to complain, I was met with the dial tone. I then proceeded to call a 2nd time, and this time I asked to speak with a supervisor, the rep stated that he was going to place me on hold and to get an approval. I was on hold for about 5 or so minutes and when he came back, he told me it was approved to transfer the line. While i waiting patiently to get transferred to a supervisor, he proceeded to tell me that he was having some issues with the system and to please wait. He kept repeating himself continuously until i was met with a dial tone for the 2nd time.

      At this point, i am looking for a complete refund as I do not want to conduct any further business with this company.

      On 7/29/22, I ordered the Blissfully Yours Arrangement, which cost $65.19 and paid extra for same day delivery. Tge floweres that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. Some cheap flowers were delivered in there place. I wanted a note included with the flowers and they put a cut out a piece of paper stuffed in an envelope. This is a classic case of what I ordered vs what I got!

      I ordered flowers on 7/25 at 9am. Paid extra to make sure they were delivered on 7/25. Flowers were not delivered and recipient was home all day until 6pm. Checked delivery status online. Still says scheduled delivery. Reached out to customer service. All they will say is that they are reaching out to the florist to confirm delivery. No eta of resolution. Won’t give you contact information. Can’t even say they will deliver today a day late. Still waiting on answers. Have a whole $8 credit on $65 flowers. Whoopie. I want the flowers I ordered and paid for delivered. It’s simple. 2 chat attempts to resolve at 8 am pst and 1135am pst.
