      I place my order at 7am and the disclaimer online said same day delivery must be placed before 2pm. It was not delivered until the next day. I attempted to complete my order online and it charged my card but then returned the money and said there was an issue with my card requiring me to call to place the order with the same card and the price for the arrangement increased placing the order over the phone. In addition to that, the arrangement I selected and what was delivered looks absolutely nothing alike. I have pictures of what I selected and what was delivered for a comparison and I am highly disappointed. From you flowers is a shady, dishonest, and underhanded service. A total scam and a rip off.

      August 29th 2022 my father ****** ****** (who is in a temporary care unit) asked me to order flowers for my mother ****** ******** 83rd birthday. I handle all of my parents finances and help them with any online transactions. The complaint is straight forward--from the photos I have attached what was ordered was not what was delivered. With my mother ****** who is also on the credit card that was used for this purchase, I called the merchant to complain about the order not being delivered correctly. I was transferred to a supervisor when I was told they will not do anything. I offered to send them photos proving my point but both the original person I spoke with and the supervisor refused to accept the photos. After gong over this in detail the supervisor said that she cannot do anything because she needs the card holder-advised her father is in temporary care unit he asked me to take care of this for my mother--hence my email address. My mother is the card holder jointly with my father--this was not good enough for the merchant. It was a blatant excuse not to take care of this problem. I asked for them to come and take the flowers back and deliver what they promised. She refused to do anything--she knew my father was in a nursing home. I, ****** ******, ****** ******** daughter is writing this complaint with his full consent and knowledge. Needless to say he was very disappointed that his attempt to send my mother a perfect vase of flowers for her 83rd birthday failed miserably. This is disgraceful. I am sure this floral merchant is counting on recipients of arrangements not knowing what was actually ordered for them. I have tried starting a dispute with my credit card but was told we need to wait 15 days before we can place the formal dispute. I expect to get a full refund. I have advised the merchant to take the wrong arrangement back but they refuse. They also refused photos showing what was received was not what was ordered.

      I ordered flowers, on 8/30 to be delivered on 8/31 and paid extra for a morning delivery..
      As of 8/31 time is 5:30, no flowers..
      These flowers are for a friend's mom, who is grieving over her son's birthday, which is on 8/31...
      In attempting to contact the company by phone, you cannot speak to a person.
      I checked on their website first, before calling..
      When you call the message is to look at their website, after attempting by phone, again, I was disconnected 3 times..
      The order total was 84.00, they can sure pull the money out fast..
      After looking at the complaints filed by others
      I would not recommend this company at all....
      My friends mom really had a hard day, I went to a store and picked up flowers came home and rearranged them myself..
      She was grateful for the thought..
      Again, I would not recommend this company.

      I placed an order for their “deluxe” gift basket since I was ordering as a gift for several people and the regular one was quite small.
      I received one the same size as the regular with less product than displayed in the picture and paid almost 3 times as much!

      I ordered flowers for my mom on 7/30 . They were delivered and half of them were dead. I paid $64.20 through ******. I emailed them and they said they would send another bouquet. Great, that's all I want. Mom never got the flowers, so I called and told them I didn't care what bouquet they sent, just a fresh one from a local florist. Said it would be delivered in two days. Nothing again. I emailed them again and they replied I would have to call them, so I did. Again I was told the local florist would deliver another bouquet. Nothing! My mom was home the entire time recovering from covid and hand surgery, so I know they were never delivered. Also I was informed ***** would email me when they were delivered. I also ordered flowers for her for September and told them I want to cancel that order and they emailed me saying I has been placed and will arrive on time.
      The first order is #********* on 7/30/22 $64.21
      The second order is #********* on 8/4/22 $45.81
      I either would like a refund or the local fresh flowers I was promised.

      I’ve recently ordered the largest bouquet of flowers for my girlfriends birthday
      I even paid for the expedited shipping
      I paid in total one hundred forty three dollars and forty four cent it was supposed to be shipped today by 12pm it was delivered at 3pm
      I’ve contacted them and they reimburse me five dollars and thirty eight cents the next was fourteen dollars and sixty one cent
      I find that to be very disrespectful and unprofessional
      Because your over charging and price gouging because you are keeping one hundred and twenty three dollars
      The Pennie’s you reimbursed me how is that helping the fact that the flowers and the teddy bear is a small

      FROM YOU FLOWERS IS ILLEGALLY ADVERTISING THEIR BUSINESS ON ******, AS "ANITA: FROM YOU FLOWERS" WHICH IS MISLEADING AND ILLEGAL ADVERTISING PRACTICES. MY CUSTOMERS ARE CALLING WEEKLY TO LET US KNOW THAT THESE ADS ARE POPPING UP ON A DAILY BASIS. WE REPORT THEM TO ****** DAILY.

      THEY ARE NOT A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE, "ANITA" IS NOT PART OF THEIR BUSINESS NAME NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT!! THEY ARE NOT LOCATED IN STAFFORD, VA AND THEY ARE NOT A VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS. THEY ARE ILLEGALLY ADVERTISING THEIR BUSINESS AND MY CUSTOMERS THINK THEY ARE CLICKING ON MY SHOP WHEN THEY ARE CLICKING ON THEIR CALL CENTER INSTEAD.

      The floral shop has contacted us directly and we have tried
      to explain that we advertise on ****** and other search engines. It will depend
      on how the consumer searchers for their shop. As we are a nationwide company,
      we deliver to make towns that have the name Anita, and the search engine will
      place the top three results for the searched phrase. This will include any
      company that delivers to towns call Anita. Once the consumer is brought to our site,
      we have our full company details with nothing that would portray us as Anita’s
      Flower Shop. We will work with our ****** Services to see if there is a way to
      avoid this moving forward but after researching this online if the consumer
      enters in Anita’s Flower Shop, we do not appear in the search results. Please
      let us know if there is anything further we can assist with.

      Searching for my own business from my store location the business comes up as "Anita: From You Flowers: Anita's:  "Anita" is NOT part of FROM YOU FLOWERS business name at ALL. There is NO city in ******** by the name of "Anita". Anita is NOT part of their business name. There is no good explanation of this whatsoever. Take the ads DOWN. They are NOT a local business and they are misleading my own customers!!

      On August 18th, 2022 I made an order fromyouflower.com for the bursting with joy bouquet (order number *********).
      I paid for the PREMIUM bouquet ($64.99). The website states the PREMIUM bouquet would look similar to the image on the page.
      On August 19th, 2022 I received an email saying the bouquet was delivered. I called the recipient and she had not received anything.
      I reached out to their customer service rep letting them know no delivery was made and queried why it was tagged a delivered.
      A delivery was made 2 hours after contacting customer service.
      The bouquet the recipient got was absolutely not what I paid for. It did not even pass for the basic bouquet. It was sparse and had limp flowers.
      Again I messaged customer service, I expressed my disappointment. I am not satisfied with what was delivered. I was told I would get a 30% refund which is not acceptable considering I paid a total of $74.87.

      I placed an order for a large, gorgeous peach floral arrangement for my sister's birthday (almost $90). As some flower substitutions are sometimes expected, what was delivered was completely different (both the flowers as well as the "vase") and unprofessionally arranged; there were actual dead flowers in the bouquet. When I reached out to Fromyouflowers.com, I was offered 20% refund and no other solution. Now my sister is looking at a bouquet of dead/wilted flowers and I'm very embarrassed.

      I feel like this company is scamming paying customers and getting away with it.

      I placed an order online with fromyouflowers order#********* for the "red flower standing spray premium" to be delivered on 8-4-22 for my fiances funeral on 8-5-22 what was delivered looked absolutely nothing that was online it was disarranged and missing flowers. I was so ashamed. I emailed their customer care link and was told in an email from their custome service that all they could do was refund a percentage $33.77 of my purchase price total of $128.77.
      Which they did but I am still ashamed of what was received at such a beautiful service and am not happy with their support.
