      Please note that this is a scam company. They cater to order gatherers. **'s pay for ****** ads and represent themselves as local florists. Most are not even from this country. They barely speak English. They usually show up in first place so consumers think they are legit. They have beautiful websites featuring inexpensive arrangements full of high end flowers. They charge the consumer fees, but never a delivery fee. The order is channeled through FTD who pays the ** extra for more orders they give them. FTD then sends the order to a local florist and takes a 45% cut. The local florist barely breaks even or loses money. Please do not use and call direct.

      I wish I could give a negative rating. I ordered 2 dozen of roses, chocolate candy and a teddy ***** The roses were delivered but the others things were not. I called the company and spoke to a customer representative and he stated that I didn't order anything but rose. I told him that was incorrect and to let me speak to a supervisor. The supervisor gets on the phone after a 15 minute wait and I started explaining what the problem was and she hung up. I called back 3 more times only to be hung up on. The money for the bear and candy came out of my account and I would like it refunded.

      I have purchased flowers twice from FTD and both times it did not arrive on the day I wanted it to be delivered though it was placed in 2 weeks in advance and it was not a special holiday to make it delayed. I called customer service and they are useless and understanding them from another country was frustrating and horrible. NEVER will I use them again. Just bad business.

      This company is a joke. Ordered flowers for deliver on 12/23. Flowers were not delivered and kept getting ridiculous emails from customer service. They promised new delivery dates. It wasnt until I called, and spent 35 minutes on the phone, that I found out that new delivery date was 1/3. So much for a Christmas gift. I looked at their FB page and I am not the only one this happened to. Horrible service, horrible customer service, and not worth the waste of time. Please order from local florists that have no affiliation with FTD. I have learned a hard ****** about this antiquated company.

      Worst experience ever! I purchased a beautiful expensive arrangement as a table setting for a family for Christmas. When it didn't arrive on Christmas eve as promised they offered to upgrade & deliver on Christmas day with expedited delivery. Christmas day by dinner nothing had arrived yet. They told me they were waiting for the florist to get back to them. It is now noon the day after ******************* was ever delivered. I am so embarrassed. I went to someones home for Christmas expecting the arrangement to be my gift to them. I wound up giving them nothing. Really, so very embarrassing. I called again today and they said the florist still has not gotten back to them. I canceled the order & asked for a refund as well as some sort of gift on them to be sent to this family. They could care less. They processed the refund & told me it will take 3-5 days & to check with my bank. There was nothing else they could do. They truly do not care about their customers. They didn't continue to check on anything until I called them. Never had this problem with other florist. DO NOT USE "FTD" for anthything. You will be soooo disappointed ????If I could leave NO stars I would.

      I was unable to go to a loved one's out of state funeral so I decided to order a bouquet online to be delivered. I was quoted a price of $73.50 before taxes. The arrangement was something I could get for around $50 or less locally so I assumed the extra amount was to include delivery fees and taxes. I found out that I was billed $114 . Not only was I not made aware of the additional fees at the time of the purchase, but when contacted the company, I was then told that this was a tax and delivery fee and was not offered any explanation as to why I was not informed of this prior to the purchase. In addition, I was told that the bill of sale would be emailed to me to show the breakdown, and it was not.

      I ordered flowers from them and paid for them but never received them nor got a phone call about the delivery. I requested a full refund of my money. No response from the company.

      If I could leave no stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my aunt and was told that everything was good to go, and after I paid over $100 I was told that no florist was available. But if I wanted to, I could use their business and they would deliver something comparable within a few days. To me that sounds like bait and switch. Do not order from these people, they will not fulfill your orders.

      If I could choose -5 stars, I would. I placed an order an was given a deliver date of 7/16/22 between 9am-8pm. I stayed home all day to make sure I didnt miss the delivery. Around 4:50pm, I received an email saying my order had been delivered. I hadnt heard the doorbell ring or a knock at the door even though I stayed close to the front door all day. I checked the front porch, yard, the perimeter of the house, and checked with neighbors, but didnt find my order. I then checked camera footage from my Ring doorbell and other cameras around my property and saw no delivery was made. I called customer service at ****** to let them know a delivery had not been made although I received an email saying it had been. The lady I spoke to was dismissive and kept cutting me off. She said they send an email saying that your order was delivered prior to actually delivering & to call back after 8pm if I hadnt received it. I never got the order so I called back at 8:01pm to be told that I would have to wait until tomorrow to find out what happened to my order and wait 9am-8pm again to receive it the next day. These people are crooks that dont provide good service, dont listen to customers, and under deliver on their guarantees. Do not shop here.
