Absolutely appalling customer service, fraudulent response to their delivery error. I was emailed by the company the morning flowers were supposed to be delivered for a funeral saying that they couldn't fulfill my order. Was told to respond to the email and was given exactly two options: (1) accept a delivery 3 days late or (2) cancel and place a new order with the hyperlink in the email to receive $10 off the order for inconvenience. I immediately respond to cancel and placed a new order for same day delivery using the hyperlink they sent me in the email since it was already morning of the funeral. That night, I am told by the recipient that they've received two orders. I look and see and I've been charged for both orders and assume it was a mistaken. I replied back to the original email noting that the refund hadn't yet processed. After both emailing and calling I was continually told that they don't owe me a refund because they delivered the product. Even though they emailed me and said the product couldn't be delivered and included a hyperlink to place a replacement order, so I placed a new order. As directed. The customer service agent kept saying that they never said to place a new order and saying why would I do that. Well, perhaps because their email specifically told me to and even included a hyperlink to get $10 off of the replacement order? And because it was the day the product was to be delivered and they told me they couldn't deliver it? Never did they send communication to say their original email was incorrect and they would fill the original order. Absolutely insane.FTD, LLC

1 starMy first time ordering flowers from FTD was literally traumatic and their mistake caused me to be on the phone dealing with the issue for days after. I bought an all white condolences bouquet to be delivered same day as their loved one passed away the day before. It was expensive so I expected to get what I paid for. The message I requested be on the card was of condolences so the florist should have known this was a sensitive issue. What was delivered were hot pink flowers that looked nothing like the photo. The flowers were all different and so was the vase. I was very upset because you don't send hot pink flowers for condolences. You would not bring pink flowers to a funeral or memorial service! I complained to FTD on the phone.They offered me a refund of "half the order" that was about $100. I never got an email confirmation the flowers were even delivered and nothing about a refund. I called back. New person said that I would only get half off of the flowers only. Not half off the whole order as I had previously been told. After an hour on the phone, I finally got an email about the refund.The florist who made the pink bouquet was contacted by FTD and they lied saying it was white. But I was texted a photo of the pink flowers by the recipient with a thank you. The next day the florist called my number trying to talk to the grieving recipient of the flowers to ask what color they were to "investigate". I was so upset! I said please do NOT CONTACT my grieving loved ones over their flowers during this time of loss. The florist was arguing with me about it! I called FTD to tell them how awful this whole experience was. The manager said he was very sorry. Then I get an email my order was not refunded due to their mistake but I gave wrong billing info. When I called to inquire about this, they said for security I needed not only give my name and phone number as they usually do but this time I also had to quote the condolences message in order! ****** the town you want to send flowers to. Find a local florist and call them directly! FTD makes too much money off the backs of small businesses!! You will get better service going directly!FTD, LLC

I ordered my Mother flowers for Mother’s Day way ahead of time . I received delivery confirmation but she never got the flowers. I filed a complaint and was contacted and scheduled a redelivery and given a tracking number and told May 16th she would receive them …….nope day came and went so I checked tracking number and there was no such number. So I contacted them again and told they contacted florist and that was it ! So nothing still . Worst experience ever . I’ve ordered multiple times and never had a problem before but burn me once and I’m done. I don’t recommend this company at all!FTD, LLC

Horrible experience, that was met with customer service representative that could care less. It is almost like they take as many orders as possible and hope that some of them get delivered. When I told them they missed the delivery date of Mother's Day, they couldn't care less, and almost expected it. I can't believe this place has customers, after one experience with their customer service I will never use them again.FTD, LLC

I ordered flowers that we supposed to be delivered on Saturday, May 13, 2023 or Sunday, May 14, 2023. The flowers were never delivered but received email they were delivered. They missed Mother's Day completely and were totally unapologetic. I would not order from them if you want your flowers to arrive in a timely manner.FTD, LLC

This was the absolute worst service ever! Do not order flowers through this company! You are better off going through a local florist. I placed an order with them at 8am for same day service delivery. I called them around 1pm because when I went online to check the status it only said that it had been assigned to a florist. I ended up having to call 4 times! On the final attempt they finally gave me the number of the local florist the order had been assigned to. I called the number and there was no answer or answering machine. Then the second time I called someone just said hello but nothing else. So I looked up the number on the web and it said that the business associated with the number had been permanently closed. I called FTD back and they assured me I would get my flowers that day. Well guess what? I didnt get my flowers that day. The next day I got a call at 12 noon from door dash saying that the flowers were being delivered. Well no shade to door dash but the business was closed the next day, that's why I ordered the flowers for the previous day. Then to make it worse when I called FTD to get a full refund, they said they would send me a confirmation of the cancellation and give me a full refund. They ended up sending me the receipt from my original order! So I had to call them back to get a confirmation of the refund. Let's see if I actually get the refund. I ordered a premium condolence arrangement for my best friend who lost her brother. The arrangement delivered was very small and only two rows of flowers in a basket when online showed 5 rows of flowers and double the height of arrangement delivered. My Complaint led to redelivery of a 2nd arrangement of white roses with a bunch of filler flowers. Again, I ordered the $145 Premium arrangement. FTD offered $37 refund. My friend got two sub-par arrangements delivered that didnt begin to express my condolences. Terrible quality and serious lack of concern from all FTD employees to include the supervisor I waited 20 minutes to speak with. I would call it a fraudulent misrepresentation of what I saw online and purchased versus what was actually delivered. The local florist is obviously collecting $ and delivering inferior cheaper arrangements while FTD is happy to collect their percent of order costs with zero concern for customers and ensuring quality. All around its an unacceptable scam. Rating should be zero stars.FTD, LLC

1 starHorrible customer service and lack of attention to detail for customers. I ordered an arrangement for my wife in plenty of time for our anniversary. The day before delivery, FTD emailed me to say the delivery would be delayed by 24 hours - and offered a $10 credit as an "apology". 1 starAwful, embarrassing flower arrangement. Paid $85 for a bouquet I wouldn't have paid $15 for. Plus, the shipping and taxes came to $116. They have s***** flowers. I don't know where they get the pictures on the website, but they have nothing like what is shown. This "company" should be ashamed. I would not leave any star for this review, but it will not post unless I do.....minus on any stars!
