I had structural damage in an old house that resulted in a sagging floor. Gus and his men braced up the existing beams in less than 2 days. It was expertly done.

Connecticut Basement Systems has done an excellent job in my basement. After a careful review of my particular issues they were able to recommend a system that keeps my basement dry and gives me real peace of mind. Now they come yearly to inspect and keep the system running smoothly. The technicians are always highly professional, competent, and polite and pleasant as well. Just purchased a new home with a sump system. Setup an appt to have everything checked. Tyler and Kevin showed up on time and took the time to walk through the system with me explaining how everything works. They were not in a rush and very personable technicians and feel comfortable using this company for my home in the coming years.Connecticut Basement Systems

Production Manager Daniel Oestreich personally came out to follow up on work that was not completed up based on my complaint: things like rerouting location of tubing that pumps water collected by dehumidifier; removing and replacing a defunct dehumidifier that I felt should have been done on the original work order, leveling a unit so that it drains optimally, etc.
He's a super guy, honest and very concerned with doing a good job. He really cares for his employer, Connecticut Basement Systems. Daniel fixed every issue that I had brought to the company's attention.
I now have an optimal encapsulated crawlspace. It took some complaining to get the work done right, but the quality of the work is now excellent. The lesson here is that the company is not a fly by night operation and will back up their work. All's well that ends well!

It has been raining inches and inches, and for the first time in 30 years there is not a drop of water in our basement. We keep going downstairs to look (and roll out the wet/dry vacs,) but there is nothing. Everything about this transaction was world class. The engineer who initially came out knew exactly what we needed and made no effort to sell us anything else.
The installation was done in less than a day by a crew that never stopped working, and there was not a speck of dust in the place when they left. Adding a dehumidifier was a brilliant idea as it is perfect in the library, particularly because the crew piped in into the new drainage system, and it sits on the shelf as if it were a stereo speaker.
The price was right and if I knew they were going to do this much, and we were going to be this satisfied...I woulda paid double.Connecticut Basement Systems
