  The greatest thing about Connecticut basement system was their communication. The work was high professional level, and every person that came into our home was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

  Very professional, they get the job done in a timely manner and everything seems ok. My husband had a question about a shut-off valve and we call and the question was answered. There hasn't been any rain since the installation, I am praying that from the reviews that I have been reading that I will not have a problem. Everyone seems friendly, respectful and very caring. I guess I will just have to wait and see.

  Quick to respond, skilled, professional and fair-priced! They did a fantastic job and the work and the pumps are so professional. They even recommended a fantastic handyman to help us take down the moldy wood... I would say the only downside is they do require a 50% deposit upfront and we had to wait a few months before the work was done because they are so busy - I guess that tells you something too! But they were so responsive every time I called and had questions and we had absolutely no issues as they came on the appointed day and did everything great!

  I want to note that my neighbor had a similar job done with no issues. I had problems and wrote to the owner of CBS about my concerns. I never heard back from the owner but finally found someone that would help. He is the Operations Manager, Jason Wood. The short of it: I suggest that you do not sign any contract when first meeting with the sales person from CBS. Take the time to review the contract in detail. After I signed the contract and tried to call the salesperson back three times with questions, he never returned my calls. When I called CBS they gave me a cell number to call him. There did not seemed concerned that he was not calling me back.
  When I did get through to him, I asked him if he was a contracted employee or full-time. He said full-time. I was in sales years ago and he was acting like a “hit and run” sales person. Get the signed contract and run! I did ask another CBS staff question the same question and he said the same thing. When I looked on their website it noted their sales staff is 100 % commissioned. So, I should have used the word commissioned instead of contracted. There is nothing wrong with that if the salesperson is 100% concerned with customer services. There is no way to rank the salesperson or any other staff you have to deal with through the process of your contract with CBS. My advice, be careful!
