Servicemen who did our 2024 annual maintenance remembered our system from last year. He was very friendly, thorough, professional and neat. He arrived within the assigned time of 8am-12pm, though at 11:55am, calling when he was on he was on his way as requested. I would definitely recommend CT Basement Systems for installing and maintaining a basement waterproofing system.Connecticut Basement Systems

Excellent experience from beginning to end! Sales person very knowledgeable and understood our needs. Made correct assessment of our basement and gave honest recommendations. Job was completed in one day and not as noisey as we thought. Cleaned up fairly well but we had to do a final cleaning. Very satisfied and have recommended Ct. Connecticut Basement Systems installed our sump pump and battery backup after heavy rains and snow melt found their way into our basement over 20 years ago. The system has given us great peace of mind and has been a real workhorse especially with the crazy weather CT has been experiencing over the past several years. Very good job doing the annual maintenance on the dehumidifier. Bruce did not mind that I watched and asked questions. I'm giving four stars instead of five because it was good but not superlative in anyway.Connecticut Basement Systems
