  Earlier this year I had work done by Basement Systems. Jason was my contact. He helped with planning a full perimeter drain inside my basement and installed a new sump pump. Spring thaw wasn’t much of a test this year. Springtime usually brings a high water table and the need for water mitigation in my basement with a wet vac, pumps etc. Not this year but……..July brought torrents of rain that definitely would have me running a surface pump with garden hose, wet vac and a mop. Not this year. My cellar hatchway would have taken in water that would spread to the floor. Not this time because of the grate placed at the base of the cement stairs. No water entered the basement anywhere. I am confident that I won’t be fighting the water leaking into the basement from now on. Keeping the sump pump operational is key.

  Amazing!! Very professional and thorough. Installed winter 2022 and annual service this year. Despite huge amounts of rain, not a drop in the basement. Everything explained completely before and after. What a great feeling!!

  Have had my sump pump for several years. Always pleased with service provided. Jorge Rodriguez is an excellent service technician. Did an above average job cleaning and servicing my pump. I will request him every year.

  We’d like to give a 5 star rating to Brian D****** He took the time, and made the effort, to understand exactly what we wanted and delivered it within our budget. I highly recommend you ask for him.
  CT Basement systems did an excellent job, not only solved our wet basement problem their finish work added an additional 800 sq ft of quality living space. The added benefit is how cool and comfortable the basement is over the summer months, decreasing the run time of our window AC units. Considering the skyrocketing cost of electricity the savings is significant. Great job CT Basement Systems!
