      Would leave zero stars if possible. One year before lease ends, PB mails and faxes deceptive marketing emails to renew lease at same high rate, and if signed by accident, put us into collections when we tried to cancel.

      This company has held my package hostage for over a week now without updating tracking information. My package should have been on my doorstep 2 days ago, yet tracking hasn’t been updated since January 18th. This is incredibly frustrating and I will never use this company again.

      *** used this company to send my package. They made one delivery attempt (when someone was here), said they couldn't deliver, and then NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER AGAIN. I had to dig on their website to find my order and it said a bunch of times that they were 'waiting for me to reschedule the delivery'. Wanna know how many notifications I got via email/text/ANYTHING that I had to do that? You guessed it! Zero. I received zero forms of communication that they were holding my package. One attempt, no re-attempt, and no communication to try again. What is a company like *** doing using a joke of a delivery company like this????

      Worst shipping company. I order from a co that uses them as a shipper and I have never seen a company so unprofessional. I get packages from ****** *** **** and the shipping time also the shipping statuses are so much better and accurate. Pitney Bowes somehow cannot find the time to update their shipping statuses let alone the fact that it takes weeks to travel very short distances. Weeks to get from ******** ****** ** ********** with no explanation. The company I buy from packs the orders in 24 hours and they are picked up for shipping. It doesn't matter if it's holiday time or not they are just pathetically slow.

      The fact that you absolutely CANNOT speak to a representative makes me so angry. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have tried every way possible to reach a human. The automated system just sends you around in circles. I will never use Pitney Bowes again for our business. They owe our company a refund and guess what? There is no one to talk to about this problem.

      In the four times somewhere I bought from has used them, one has arrived on time, one has been a couple days late, one took over a month to get to me… and the current one is late and has no tracking since it left a facility 5 full days ago. No updates, just changing the expected delivery date once the original one had passed. I suspect it’s lost. They are awful at their jobs.

      This company is a nightmare. I've been trying to update payment online (because you can't reach anyone, a d when you finally do, they don't speak English) before our subscription canceled. It wouldn't take it, so of course it canceleld. I called and paid over the phone and they assured me we could use the site once it was paid,but it won't let me. Still saying to update payment. I've called about 15 times over the past 2 days and when I get done fighting to speak to a human, they don't speak English. They transfer me to someone else, and then that person says I need the ones I just spoke to. It's been none stop and I still can't use the site. This is absolutely unexceptable! I've never seen such a mess.
      I've been on hold for 30 minutes now, after the person in chat said they'd call me. Wel, they called, but guess what.... THEY HAD TO TRANSFER ME. Stay clear and find another company. This place is a JOKE

      The late fees and deceptive billing practices should be investigated. How many customers blindly pay the $35 late fees after receiving invoices weeks after their supposed mail date?

      Anytime I see Pitney Bowes is handling my package I just automatically assume it's going to be way late. This company should be ashamed of their " customer service".
