      When I did not receive my reward in a timely manner I notified their customer service for help. I received an immediate response that they would look into the matter. A short time later the problem was corrected and I received my reward. Great customer service!

      I have been answering surveys for 9 years. The surveys I have taken very in length and subject. I don't trust the ones that ask for my full birth date, so i don't answer those. When you finish a survey you are credited points to your account right away. In the last 4 years more and more surveys have been putting their demographic info at the end. So you can spend an hour on a survey and be told you don't qualify. This is an hour waisted because you don't get any points. However, sometimes if you contact e rewards right away and complain they will give you the points you have coming. Don't expect that the system will match you up with surveys you qualify for. There are times when I can waist an hour or two being told I don't qualify for survey after survey. It is frustrating. Also even though the number of points you need to earn a reward has gone up due to inflation. The number of points you can earn from a survey has stayed the same. So it is taking 2x the number of points to earn a hotel night as it use to. But I keep doing it for now.

      Legit company, good customer service. The surveys can start to get boring and compensation isn't what it used to be when we did surveys in person. But you will get your reward. Surveys sometimes close with an error when you are close to finished or even finished. I've written to support who looks at what happened and always awards the points. Limited reward options, but most of us can always use the $25 Target or Home Depot card.

      It seems strange to fill a 5 star review with a complaint, but I have enjoyed the eRewards program for over 5 years and continue to experience survey and reward glitches. It would be nice if these were fixed, but, in the mean time, customerservice does a pretty good job of clean-up. While I understand the necessity of avoiding bot responses, I would like to see my profile information better utilized in both providing survey options and aauto-fill screening for individual survey qualification. For many 15 minute surveys I get "exited" after 10 minutes for not being a member of the targeted demographic. Sometimes I wonder if my profile is used, at all. Anyway, I love taking the surveys, and the rewards offered are a good value for the time spent... if the surveys do not boot me out as described above.

      I like posting reviews because it gives me an opportunity to increase so-called "tribal" knowledge. That is, telling about a recent experience that I have enjoyed (or hated) so that others can benefit without having to expend time or money. This knowledge can appear trivial, almost to the point of wondering why I bother to take a survey about it. But years ago I came across this statement: "The only purpose of getting an education is to know when somebody who is conversing with you is telling you complete rot." I guess that about sums up my feelings and intentions. ***

      Good Company. Deliver payments for surveys and have good rewards. Surveys are interesting and diverse. Customer service is excellent if you ever have an issue.

      I have belonged to e-rewards for more than 10 years. I answer about five surveys a week, and periodically accumulate enough points to get rewards for restaurants, department stores, etc. I am occasionally thrown out of a survey after answering questions for 15 minutes or more, but e-rewards often adds a small reward to my account when this happens. I recommend this site to anyone who doesn’t mind giving their opinions on a variety of products and services.

      The surveys are interesting, but they almost always take MUCH longer than what's shown. I never take one shown 20 minutes or more, because too many times I've been more than halfway through one and it suddenly decides it doesn't need me, so I only get 0.2 points. When that happens after I've completed the whole survey, I contact the "Opinion Panel" (their customer service) and they're good about restoring the points.

      E-rewards is a legit survey app that rewards users with points for completing surveys. The surveys cover a variety of topics, have varying formats, time lengths and broad range of reward points. There are quite a few snags however. First of all there is an upfront qualifying review for every survey…mostly to identify demographics and decide if a taker is who they are looking for to complete the survey. However even after you do qualify, the same questions are asked and often after completing the entire survey and spending a good amount of time, suddenly the message appears that you do not qualify, the survey has been reset, the number of participants has been met or there’s been a technical difficulty. This can be extremely frustrating and you get not even a partial reward for your time. Another problem is when this happens, there will often be a request to go back to the survey link or survey number which is nowhere to be found. If you have time on your hands and can use some gift cards, this could be a good way to spend that time. Gift cards/rewards that are offered seem to vary by region and most are limited to one per 30 days but they are types that most everyone could use. All in all not the perfect way to idle away your time but get a reward here and there for it.
