      The surveys are interesting and varied. In the past few months, there has been some problems with a few surveys but when I make them aware the problem is resolved. Their responses are immediate and the resolution is within that day!

      I have been with them for over ************************************************************************************ a professional and timely manner. the surveys unto themselves have become cumbersome from a mechanical way and customer service have handled my requests in a timely manner even when the surveys have failed to respond from a computer failure in the surveys programming

      Ive have had a few problems with E-Rewards over many years regarding getting credit for surveys that were between 95 and 99 finished, then getting booted off the survey. I contacted **************** and after looking into my issues, they issued a credit. I feel their customer service is A+ over other companies. Keep up the good work.

      I have been an E-Rewards panelist for 19 years and have been satisfied with is organization. Have there been some survey problems along the way or have I had to get in contact with them about receiving reward points and the answer is yes, but they have been quick to respond to each and every situation, then correcting it.I will continue to be a member if this company.

      I have been a member for just over a year. Really appreciate the customer service response when there is a problem with a survey. The choice of surveys is steady and most are quite interesting, not unduly long and have good point values. The website is quite fun,too. Payouts have been regular and quick. Really appreciate this company, they really care about quality service to their client.

      I love Web Perspectives! They always have a lot of interesting surveys with fair compensation. It is easy to redeem points and there are some cool options for redeeming. **** e-card comes on the email almost instantly which is fantastic. If I need any help customer support is always staying in touch and able to solve my issues very fast. Last time it took only one day. I am delighted with this company!

      Have been doing surveys for about 7 years. Top-notch. **************** has improved greatly over the last couple of years. My only complaint is that occasionally I will answer a survey's questions for quite awhile, only to get where you think you have reached the points, and then be told by the survey maker that you didn't qualify. Appreciate the speed of getting rewards.
