      I have not had many problems with E-Rewards, however when I do it is resolved within reasonable time. The biggest problem is when they send me to Samplicio.us to take a survey I am allowed to finish less than 1 out of 10, and then I do not get credit most of the time.

      I stumbled across this survey website and sounded interesting. So I joined and really enjoy taking all the different surveys. Varied topics, ease of use and if I have an issue its quickly solved. Great way to get a lil gift card and take the surveys daily in my spare time. Love e-rewards.

      I technical problem when I reported it it was corrected in a fast and timely manner I like doing the survey on this site the rewards are great and they pay you quickly. I will be referring others because I am highly satisfied and I know others will be also.

      I have been with their panel of surveys for many years and have found them very reliable with the surveys and responsive when an error occurs. I don't get spam from them and as far as I can tell they don't sell my personal information

      I have been a member for over 5 years & yes I have had a few problems , however the support team is very quick to answer my questions & requests . They usually fix or correct the problem ASAP & offer more help if needed.

      I have been with E-Rewards for about 12 years and that they are a trustworthy company. They have very good surveys that are interesting to do and the rewards are fair and worthy of my attention to continue, the rewards are a bonus and I thank them for being generous with the many kinds of surveys that keep me interested in wanting to keep the public aware of this kind of business and the other businesses they help strive to help to keep the public informed and learn about. I hope they achieve their goals and become a credit to the BBB. AA+

      I have been doing surveys with Dynata for over 10 years and have seen great improvement in their surveys and customer service. The only issue I have is that they do the demographics at the end of some surveys and after answering the questions, I am told I don't qualify. When I do have issues, their customer service is very prompt and understanding of the issues. I enjoy giving my feedback and helping companies with their marketing.

      They are ageist, I have been doing these surveys for over 25 years, now I am 71 they bounce me off all the time! Not reliable!
