      I enjoy the games and appreciate the rewards. I experience more technical difficulties than I used to but they are addressed quickly and positively, albeit right now I am being told I dont qualify for many surveys without being asked any questions.

      Ive been a e-rewards member since 2011. I have witnessed so many changes of hands and the disintegration of the reward points you can earn, to more technical errors and disqualifications after you complete the entire survey. They havent improved or updated their rewards catalog. You can reach out to their customer support team and request points for technical errors, late disqualifications and other issues. Their support team has gotten better at addressing issues and manually rewarding points. However, this takes additional time and effort for us survey participants. The other day their site had technical problems and no one was able to take surveys. I do enjoy taking part in meaningful surveys and have acquired many rewards over the years. Dynata reached out to me via email to participate in this review. So, I hope they will consider changes they have made. Such as: Only 5 partial survey points within a 24 hour period. Amount of survey points, length of surveys to points earned.The amount of technical errors. Adding a **** card to the rewards catalog so you can exchange points for cash ( $5 for every 15 points is their estimate) No expiration date for reward points earned. I hope this helps.       I've been using e-Rewards for over twelve years - most of the surveys work just fine, I collect points, I cash them in for airline miles. *** a problem.Some of the surveys have glitches, or shut down one question before giving me points. I notify the customer service people, they check their computer records, and nearly always give me the points.So, I'm satisfied with this company.

      I have been doing surveys for sometime. I used to not have hardly any technical issues. But lately its like one out of two I have a problem. But they are quick to help. The problem ** having is that I get almost finished or finished with a survey and then it gives me a response that they have filled their quota or something to that affect. And then you have to contact erewards to get credit. But they do get back and give you credit.

      I've been a member of E-Rewards for a long time and have something like 650 points in my account. As long as they keep giving ****** gift certificates I'll keep doing the surveys. (Unfortunately the Kroger certs are the only reward I'm interested in.) The surveys have been increasingly problematical -- crashing, deciding after a LOT of questions that you don't qualify, etc. E-Rewards merely hosts the surveys, the companies that actually generate them are the ones responsible for the incompetence -- but e-Rewards makes good within a day or so. I had a problem with the restaurant.com certificate -- it wasn't good for theme parks, which wasn't clear until too late -- but that's not really e-Rewards' fault. Anyway, I've been happy with them for quite a while and believe them to be an ethical company.

      This "business" is a scam who calls me randomly, late at night trying to solicit, even though I am on the Do Not Call registry. When I tell them so, they think it is legal and okay to do so because they are a survey company. They should read the Law. Solicitation is not covered in the Do Not Call Registry, unlike surveys. Being a survey company does not cover you for the Solicitation and now Harassment of a person, and each time they call me I will report them to the *** for that violation. I would give you Minus 63 stars if I could. Solicitation and Harassment is against the law!
