      I never signed up with this company. Im not certain who and how they obtained my number. However they having been harassing my phone nonstop from unknown numbers. No matter how many time I block them or tell them to stop. Its to no avail.

      I went through the whole hiring process...which took over 30 days... (I would respond to their emails immediately), but they would take days, sometimes weeks, to respond. Once I finished the entire hiring process, including SEVERAL interviews, filling out banking information, etc....I was even sent an OFFER letter. After completing EVERYTHING they requested, I was told there were no more training classes, and they met their requirements for the year. So, not only did I give you my banking information, but I filled out tax forms with my social. When they responded, it took FOREVER. I couldn't even imagine working for them and having an issue that would never get resolved. "If you are even thinking of working for them, RUN!!! I should have listened to the other reviews online, but I understand you can't make everyone happy. Their communication *****. Their process *****. The company is AWFUL, and I didn't even start working for them, but they gave off a TERRIBLE first impression. They did me a favor as well. So thank you for that!

      Harassing me through texts and calls. Ive asked them to stop repeatedly and they keep calling and texting me. I politely texted yesterday and asked to please stop and they responded with maybe you could share your opinions. Has been happening for weeks and its getting to be too much

      I was happy after I submitted a complaint about one of the surveys. I was not in the target group. I was really disappointed. I contacted E-Rewards and received an answer in almost no time. I was happy with the solution from E-Rewards.

      E-Rewards has been fairly good with the survey experience. In recent months it has t been as good as it was a couple years ago or so. I get kicked out of surveys after spending a significant amount of time preparing them, all it says is that they have enough data and dont need my input. I should not have to nearly complete a survey for them to know that. That happens a lot. They accept me for the survey and then get a lot of info from me and say, sorry we have enough data now. I get no points. I feel its not run very well. Sometimes the surveys lock up half way through. Other times I finish them. Im able to cash in for rewards every month now so Im told, but its so difficult to qualify for a survey theres no way I can ever do enough surveys. I have considered quitting multiple times. It takes a lot of time. But, Im still here. I get my ********* this way. I wouldnt be able to afford ********* otherwise, so it has been really cool for that reason.

      I enjoy taking the surveys. They are all things that pertain to me. It gives me the chance to have my opinion heard. The customer service from the e-Rewards team is top notch and are very reliable and helpful. If you should have a problem they are on it quickly and get it taken care of. Its a fun way to make a few extra bucks and get to participate in the ongoing development of products and processes. I would suggest it to anyone to try, I think you too will find it useful and enjoyable!

      I have been doing surveys for over a year now. The customer service is efficient and understanding in the few problems I have had. If asked, I would assist in customer service as I have always thrived in that department even in law enforcement. I wish there were more surveys that gave more points as most are under 4 points. This has been a great activity for me as it saves me money on gas. More reward options would be a great bonus though.I value this company and have told friends how to get started on rewards as well.
