      I would like to respectfully request a refund to my order from TicketNetwork (Order #********). At the time of this purchase, I believed that my purchase had been made via ****************. TicketNetwork copies the same website format, layout, and color scheme as ****************. It actively encourages individuals to believe they are at **************** by showing the same text, formatting, layout, and colors throughout the entirety of the search, selection, and ticket buying process. What TicketNetwork does not do, is inform the individual that they are being charged more for the ticket itself as well as higher ticket fees than **************** would otherwise charge. The website engages in deceptive practices, and I request a refund for the four tickets that I purchased. Without a refund, I'll be forced to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency as well as my credit card company, and post online to be sure that other individuals do not fall for the same tactics. I purchased these tickets on April 17, 2022 for $285.55.

      TicketNetwork.com is a resale marketplace that has several disclaimers advising tickets are being resold. We are not liable for a client selecting an ad or otherwise selecting our website versus a primary market website or the venue itself. We make no attempt to disguise our business model as anything other than a resale ticket website. As per the client's own attached evidence, the very top of our page indicates our resell marketplace status and our name is clearly displayed. Multiple disclaimers are also available to the client throughout the purchase process as well as a statement above the Place Order button that reads "We are a resale marketplace, not the ticket seller. Prices are set by third-party sellers and may be above or below face value. By clicking "Place Order," you are agreeing to TicketNetwork.com's terms & policies. All sales are final." 

       

      Clients that purchase through our website do have the option to resell tickets that they can no longer use. The resale information was provided to the client on 6/17/2022.

      I am rejecting this response because the website continues to knowingly engage in deceptive marketing practices by mirroring ************** website. Regardless of disclaimers in small font and legalese that the average individual cannot understand, the website continues its deceptive marketing. I am aware of several other individuals who have also fallen prey to their predatory tactics, which is also demonstrated by the countless reviews and complaints that the website has on several websites.

       

      Additionally, Ticketnetwork receives so many complaints that in its standard response, it directs individual to their ticket reseller website that they also own in which they then charge enormous fees to process and resale your ticket. These trade practices are despicable.

      We apologize the client feels the website is somehow deceptive but there is no error on behalf of our website or the seller's office regarding this order. The website is obviously identified as TicketNetwork, not ************, and again includes various clearly displayed disclaimers.

      We cannot control how the client may have gotten to our website if it was not their intended destination. It is the client's responsibility to know the website they are using and review all details displayed. We provide the information so clients can make the most informed decisions in their purchasing process and there is no obligation to finalize any purchases. By placing the order, the client confirmed all order details as well as their acceptance of our policies.

      We can offer a 10% refund of $28.55 on the order total as a client service courtesy. By accepting this offer, the client will still be able to use or resell the tickets at their discretion. We cannot honor a refund request for a personal order error.
