Congratulations to them for scamming me for nearly $4,000. They manipulated SEO to list their site first in search results before TicketMaster and they refuse any/all refunds. Never purchase anything from TicketNetwork as it usually will not reflect the ticket's actual value. You will also have no sign of your actual tickets as their service is basically sending emails and refuting claims of fraud.TicketNetwork, Inc.

We bought tickets for ******* **** for 3/25 through Megaseats. The seller then retracted our tickets (unbeknownst to us), and resold them to 3 other people. Yes, we were outside the stadium with 2 other couples all thinking we had the same seats. The man at the ticket box showed us that the seller sold then retracted the tickets 3 times. Then sold for one last 4th time. He showed us the transactions. Megaseats refuses to refund us. $300+ dollars. They scam people. They should rot in hellTicketNetwork, Inc.

THE WORST! A complete scam company. They promised we'd have the tickets by the 26th and the email didn't arrive until less than 12 hours before the concert, after we'd canceled the sitter and hotel. Also, there are NUMEROUS complaints about people receiving fake tickets, and we arent going to drive 3 hours for phony tickets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYTicketNetwork, Inc.

I know I can’t be the only person with the problem I have a charge that I did not make for $2100 from this merchant and they are saying I made it..the investigation they did was bogus because I don’t have any tickets and but they are saying I can resale them this is a total scam and I don’t know how to resolve the issue..no phone to contact only emailsTicketNetwork, Inc.

This company is the largest "rip off" I've ever seen or encountered! I am furious! I understand there are or can be a price fluctuation but this company completely abused that! I purchased tickets at one price and was charged two and a half times the original price!! NEVER EVER AGAIN will I used TicketSales.com, and advise anyone else to look at their BBB rating before using them.TicketNetwork, Inc.

Do Not Do Business With This Company! I bought tickets to a game and never received them. I was in a hurry and originally thought I was on Ticketmaster's sight-my mistake. They did send me confirmation emails right away and the tickets did originally get transferred over to my Ticketmaster account, but the day before the game my tickets were voided. After numerous emails with this company saying they would look into it I got crickets. They stopped responding and my cc says that they can't prove fraudulent activity. This company is very deceptive, especially with using Ticketmaster to supposedly transfer the tickets. Guess I learned my lesson.TicketNetwork, Inc.

To purchase tickets for ***** ******* I went to **************************************** that I thought was the venue website. If you look carefully, there is a disclaimer that they are not affiliated with the venue or Ticketmaster/Live Nation, but it is easy to miss. As near as I can determine, they have transferred the tickets to TicketMaster, but in my opinion, their approach is deceptive. At the close of the purchase, I received an email from ***************** confirming the purchase. However, within the email they list the SELLER DETAILS as *******************. Normally I am quite careful about on-line purchases but was taken in by the mimicking of the venue website and suggestions that tickets are going fast! They indeed were going fast, as VIP parking was already not available. My suggestion, be very careful about the deception. Several responses from them in various complaints state they "clearly" indicate they are not affiliated, and it is indeed there if you look carefully. I did not trust them having my card information after this experience and have ordered a new card number. I feel foolish getting sucked into this, but it does appear that Ticketmaster has the tickets for later delivery. There is no doubt they were attempting to be confused with the venue but are probably legally covered by the disclaimer. Be careful out there! I clearly messed up and overpaid for a GA admission. If zero stars were possible, I'd do that.TicketNetwork, Inc.

Don’t do business with this company , Bought two tickets they charged me 200 on top of the price of the ticket , other web sites are much cheaper , you don’t receive the tickets until two hours before the concert , so if you want to sell them it’s impossible if you run into a issue if you can’t make the event . If you don’t have a phone ,I like to have tickets in hand to make sure your prepared for a event , especially if your flying in for a event , such a joke , computer heads sitting in a room scamming people. Complete scammers. My venue closed off our balcony seats that I had bought and the company offers no refund, just promises a ticket day of concert. So not only did I pay an exorbitant amount for my concert tickets, now I’ll have even worse seats for what I paid. Worst customer service ever from all ends.
