Want to give negative starts. Thought this was ticketmaster but noticed they were adding almost 200 dollars extra to 4 tickets. Never got email confirmation for hours so finally went through ticketmaster and it was 300 dollars cheaper, got a confirmation right away. 10 hours later they now gave me a confirmation and asked me to verify so I did not. Called bank and they said they charged me even though I didn't confirm. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! They are using the name similar and everything to ticketmaster but charging hundreds more!!TicketNetwork, Inc.

Bought tickets to a baseball game. Was in a hurry so didn't vet site - thought I was dealing with the arena because that is the name they used. My mistake, of course. So I overpaid for tickets... that's on me. But they didn't deliver tickets to me by email until after game started. When I finally got their number from my CC company, the rep tells me it must have been my connection that delayed the delivery. Even though the time was printed on the email. CC won't dispute this because they have some legalese that says it's not their problem if they don't get tickets to you even though on website they say it is guaranteed. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.TicketNetwork, Inc.

While we were very sorry to hear that a purchase may have been made inadvertently, there was no fraudulent activity regarding the purchase on behalf of our website. Do not under any circumstance use this website. The website mimics ************ and I unfortunately fell for it. It doesn’t even give you the true total you pay on a receipt. It stated my total was 468. So I paid. I then got an email from ****** ******* *** ****** ****** as I thought I had ordered through. The receipt had 468 on it. My account was charged 610. There is no indication of why there was such a discrepancy in fees. I brushed it off and emailed and called to try and get it resolved just to find out they won’t refund any money at all even though the amount of my receipt and the amount charged don’t match. My husband then went to order the tickets from ti**** ****** just to be safe and know that we had them and we were able to order the tickets for the same seating as our large group that was going. Which was weird because those were the rows ticket network claimed to have sold us. How can they sell tickets that are already sold? They still refused to discuss this when I sent another email and I was told they not from third parties so they can never promise we will actually get the seats r rows we paid for or that the tickets will be available for them to get. If they can’t get the tickets they will refund you the day after the event as long as they had “Formally accepted the sale” Welp guess who never formally accepted the sale meaning they “didn’t have to refund” me. Yes it was ticket network. So not only do they charge 3x the price, they can’t even promise they will provide the tickets and even if they do they can’t guarantee they will be the seating you paid for. While we were very sorry to hear you no longer wished to utilize your tickets as intended, there was on scamming or issue with your purchase on our behalf. As per our policies, which are available at any time on the website and provided and agreed to during checkout, all sales are final; refunds are only available upon event cancellation as deemed by organizers. With that said, we do provide an option for ticket insurance for emergency situations during the purchase process and do see that you added this option. If required, users would need to refer to their purchase details or policies information directly provided by the insurance company for further information and assistance with any claims. We are a separate company and cannot assist with with insurance needs outside of making the available offering. Tickets were delivered within minutes of purchase. Wow, this seems to be some massive cooperative scam involving at least 10-20 domains (I have found thus far) along with different company names for each but with little leftover crumbs of data left all around the net to be found, you can find many many of the variations on which this group/person/etc has attempted to (from what I can tell) conceal what they are doing. I am helping a friend reach out to the supposed company thye made a purchase of some tickets from to try to obtain their tickets as well (not received thus far, over a month after the purchase). If the BBB wants further information regarding the found domains, I will gladly share the details I have found thus far and will be sharing/posting details about the associated org's/domains/sites/etc on each of them I find individually listed on BBB.org and/or other review sites.TicketNetwork, Inc.

My Ticket Tracker is a fraudulent company that showed up as a website to obtain tickets from ******* ****** *********** *** Since I had never purchased tickets for there, I was unaware that this was not a legitimate site, and I never received the tickets so I called ******* ***** who gave me the correct website and I had to re-order the tickets. The same tickets were over $300 less. I never got tickets from My Ticket Tracker and if you call their phone number, you cannot get a live person to help. The ask for a PIN which I don't have because this is a scam. I just want to recover my money.TicketNetwork, Inc.
