      Worst company ever…. Paid my bill last 12/2, online account says 0 balance. Lights were disconnected today, January 5th, no notification nothing!! Online system STILL shows zero balance. Called Customer service several times today and pushed every button I could to get to a rep. Each time recording said wait time is 6 minutes. I waited the 6 minutes then recording said nobody available to take my call… Nobody!! I called CenterPoint to see if there are any outages in my area, and was told no I needed to call my service provider back… Tried to call Think Energy again, and again I hold for 6 minutes and get the same recording that nobody is available…. I can’t wait just wait, hope and pray my lights come back on, so I called and switched my energy provider… How do you run an electricity company like that???? So disappointed with Think Energy. Was a loyal customer for 7 years and they just disconnect service, no notice, no reason, and nobody to talk to, to try and get answers! AWFUL

      Think Energy has gone through quite a few changes in the recent months. One of the major changes is that we are under the new ownership of Energywell. Since being under new ownership, we have more than doubled the number of customer care representatives, increasing our emphasis on empathy across our Help Center communications and in our Support team training , and have created a more refreshed, straightforward customer portal.

      This is a fraudulent company that hires individuals to work door to door to sell their product.
      So basically to sum it up. They falsified signatures to have their company deliever their over priced product to our residence. I requested dates & forms.. Customer service said they have to investigate. Well nothing to investigate. You guys signed on my behalf. A week later I get a letter from COMED stating THAT company in question will no longer deliver electric to our home! May I leave a negative 5.

      We are so sorry to hear about your experience. I can assure you that it is against our company policy to conduct door-to-door sales, and reports of door-to-door sales are investigated resulting in offending advisers being terminated.
