      After years of enduring awful service for a premium price I finally got ******* home internet and I am able to leave spectrum from their death grip. Now that I’ve tried ******* home internet and I’m confident that it will support my internet needs, I can finaly call them up to cancel my $60 a month internet only bill. The lady tried to keep me by lowering the bill (the bill they just raised $25/month) I declined and the call center lady said she couldn’t cancel my service without transferring me to another line. I argued but she said she couldn’t do it. So I’ve been waiting for an hour on hold (that’s why I have time to write this review) so yea as soon as someone picks up I’m ripping them a new one. I don’t care if you have nothing to do with the pricing or service you deserve this rant for working for a scam company.
