      My husband and I went to one of their stores on June 6th to purchase a SECOND LoveSac couch for our new home. They told us at the store they have a week to 2 week lead time before the order ships, and sometimes they can do it faster. We specifically chose a "quick ship" fabric to ensure we would get our couch. A few days shy of 2 weeks (and seeing our order status stuck in "processing") we called the store. They informed us the fabric is now on back order and can take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. We were never contacted by the store, the warehouse, or anyone from LoveSac to inform us of this massive change in delivery time. We are so frustrated! The store manager could offer us NOTHING to make this right other than for us to try to choose another fabric. If we wanted another fabric, we would have chosen it at the store. LoveSac has ZERO customer service. They talk a big game at the stores, but that's it. After that, they couldn't care less. And based on these other negative reviews, it is obvious they don't care about their customers. By the way, I cancelled the order. They lost a customer for life. I'm trying to find a way to contact their corporate office....so far there's no way to reach a highlevel manager or someone who really cares (assuming that person exists).

      It’s the most expensive furniture I’ve ever put together. Makes IKEA look simple. You would think when you spend $5000+ on a couch that you would have the option of having someone assemble it for you. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I had 18 boxes arrive at my house, and it took well over four hours to assemble the couch. I’m hoping that when I actually get to sit on it, it will make all of it worth it. But right now I’m not sure that I won’t regret this purchase….

      Couch is great! The board/coffee table that you can purchase with the couch is extremely poor quality however. Within the first several months of owning the couch, the wood piece became distressed, rather quickly. I use coasters, but that was no help. I’ve had to touch up/refinish my board many times since I’ve purchased the couch. While I feel the couch has great quality, I feel the wood pieces are of poor quality.
      I contacted the company, but they said unfortunately, their accessories have no warranties.

      Have tried to add on to the current setup multiple times. You can't get the same product again. Covers are different colors, seats are different sizes. I can't purchase online or in store. Absolutely worst purchase ever. Don't do it because you'll never be able to build on it or get the same thing again. Absolutely horrible and there's no one you can speak w.
      I tried to purchase $1800 worth of expansion but that's small change for any service. Don't do it. Just don't

      I ordered a couch during the summer...it was custom covers so it took till oct to receive it. When i did they messed up and sent a regular side instead of the deep side. When i spoke to the store - it was like they were blaming me for the mistake. Instead of right away sending the correct piece they had me wait till i sent the extra side back. Which was difficult-My area is not the best for packages. They gave me the option of pick up ***** from my place or bring to a ups store. It was a battle just to get my new piece. I just got the new piece DECEMBER. They would not release the piece till the incorrect one was sent back (sending it back another catastrophe) . Other companies i have dealt are quick to correct errors. LOVESAC was the worst customer service ever. I will never buy from them again

      Lovsac is an over priced piece of crap. If you want a couch that looks nice in your living room, this is not the one for you. I learned the hard way, spent over $6,500 on this furniture, totally regret it. They say “ it’s washable,” but trust me, you won’t want to have to repeat putting on these covers more than once. The back pillows are so frumpy looking, it’s embarrassing.
      I’m literally shocked that this company is still in business.

      Most uncomforable. Hurts my back can only lay on it. Not good when you sit and can feel the platform underneath. I dont need a couch to last a lifetime. Too heavy and hard to move. Wish I could get rid of it.

      This has been one of the WORST customer service experiences EVER! If I did not reach out and keep texting messaging and demanding, the status of my refund, they would have given me the run around again. CS kept saying, oh, it takes 5-10 days for a refund, oh there was a mixup with the FedEx labels, oh it’s been confirmed TODAY July 24th, after it was picked up by FedEx on July 5th. DO NOT PURCHASE. I’m still waiting for a refund for the PillowSac and sqattaman. I’m grateful I never opened the packaging, they were sent right back, NEW and never used, and if I didn’t keep following up with CS, they would feign even acknowledging they received the items back! I’m so glad I texted, since can posted to social media, if I don’t get my refund. Now it’s suppose to be 10-14 days, after already waiting 10 plus business days for my refund. No wonder they don’t have BBB rating.

      I own a 5S Sactional which I have had for several years. The frame arms are sagging and I contacted them regarding the lifetime warranty. I was told the lifetime warranty was no longer applicable because they stopped making the 5S but that I could order a series 6 at 50% off, which would still cost $2400.00. These pieces were sold under the assumption that you could build onto your sofa throughout a lifetime. I feel like someone should file a lawsuit because this violates the Magnuson-Moss warranty act.

      I received a supersac on December 8th. I was immediately unimpressed and initiated my return the same date. Based on their web page at the time of purchase (and screen shots from my email), I had 60 days to initiate a return for a full refund and that shipping/returns are free. The CS rep submitted a request for shrink kit. I emailed back and forth between the rep asking for help on the shrinking process. She insisted that it could be done by myself. I received the shrink kit on December 15th which consist of three extremely thin plastic bags that tore and black bag slightly larger than the original bag. I made two attempts with my home vacuum but failed. I called lovesac immediately to ask for help. I question if any local show rooms offer shop vac rentals or if LoveSac worked with a third party to help with the return process. The 2nd CS rep insisted that the shrink process was easy and that it was done every day. I had to reiterate that I live alone and did not have access to the tools to shrink this large bag. She replied “I don’t know what to tell you.” On the same day, I purchased a shop vac and made arrangements with a friend to help me on Friday evening. My friend and I still failed to shrink the sac. My friend is tall and over 200 pounds, yet his weight against the sac would not allow it to shrink. He took a picture of the barely half shrink lovesac in the black bag. We called on December 16th and explained that we could not physically shrink the super sac and now the 3rd CS rep told us “maybe” they could make arrangements with a third party. This CS rep insisted that “some” stuffing could be removed. I question if stuffing could be divided up in separate bags but could not get a straight answer whether this could prevent me from receiving my refund. I fear that this pushback for help is a tactic designed by the company in hopes that I the customer will give up and be forced to pay and stuck with undesirable product.
