Ordered $7000+ sectional sofa and accessories via Costco bundle package. Informed the Love Sac employees (at the time of purchase) that my family and I were in the process of selling our current home and moving to our new residence. I voiced questions around the delivery/shipment timing to ensure that the items would not be shipped to the new residence until it was in our possession. We were reassured that would not be a problem and was instructed to register through FedEx delivery manager and place a vacation hold up to 14 days - no problem. Went online to FedEx to set up/register the delivery manager account only to be informed that in order to request a hold, a code would be mailed (via postal mail) to the delivery residence (the home we are purchasing and do not currently occupy) and the code would need to be entered to complete the registration process. I immediately contacted Love Sac via phone text /chat and a live person - both indicating they would email FedEx and request the shipment be held for pickup by the customer. Soon thereafter, I received notice that the items were shipped and enroute for delivery to a home we do not occupy. Today, at least one package was delivered and another is planned for tomorrow. Love Sac customer service was completely no help and blamed the previous two Love Sac employees of providing me with misinformation. There are at least 22 other packages that will be delivered in the next 2 days and there isn’t anything they can do about it. I only need the packages held at least until Nov 21, 2022 (date of occupancy) - but they are unable to provide any assistance or take responsibility/accountability for their mistakes or follow through with their promises or find a reasonable solution. No manager to speak with. No f/u phone or corporate number to find resolution - basically, tough luck customer. Can you image 22 boxes being left at a home unsupervised and unoccupied? Shame on you! Does anyone ever do the right thing anymore?

Awful customer service. I have a super sac that we absolutely love, and decided to check the website for any Black Friday deals on a new cover— immediately saw (and took multiple screen shots of) an advertisement, if you want to call it that, for the Heros Discount— “As our way of saying thank you, we're giving these committed people 25% off on all purchases. If you don't already have a promo code apply for this discount here…” so i clicked that button super fast.. I’m a member of the military as a dependent so naturally, I applied and was accepted … to then see it was for 5%. ?? I thought it was a typo— absolutely wasn’t, opened 3 different windows and took 3 different screen shots. I contacted CS to inquire some more, which to my surprise, they said it started 10/26 and I was to have applied by 11/6 to redeem by today, 11/14. I was asked when I applied, I said today and I sent the screen shots, even showing the date of the screenshots showing the 25% verbiage. I was confused and looking for clarification because it didn’t have any fine details before I clicked “apply for discount”. My bringing it to their attention wasn’t to argue not getting a discount (it’s never worth it) but was to give feedback that it’s quite misleading and almost giving click-bait vibes. I shared that someone on the website team should work on fixing the error— it clearly says 25% off. I also stated that if it’s not 25% off anymore and it doesn’t apply to me, that’s fine. But, what I’m not up for, is giving companies anymore of my money that try even harder to tell me that I’m wrong about my findings and I’m not actually experiencing what I’m experiencing on their site. Why can’t companies just admit to a mistake, be thankful that there are those that give grace to a situation, and call it a day?? This is a company I wouldn’t want to work for because if the gaslighting is happening to the customer, then it’s definitely happening within management. I’ll never recommend this company again.

I wanna let everyone know Lov Sac isn’t cheap. They charge you a lot of money for their furniture. I spent a total of 8000. Dollars. It hasn’t even been a year yet and the stuffing in the pillows are terrible. We picked the down cushions which of course they do not sell anymore. Probably because of all the complaints. My wife and I go to the store and tell the manager what our problem is with our furniture and she tells us we can buy new cushions. Ok I don’t mind buying new cushions. So it ends up costing us another 700 dollars. No break. No discount. Just an apology for taking another 700 bucks of our money and that was only for 4 cushions. Place is a rip off.
