    I received a letter in the mail from ******** ******* **** on July 14th, 2023 stating that it is a pleasure to have me accept a FREE trial to ****** ***** *** *******, ******* ****** and **** ************.

    Their records show that I placed an order over the phone on 6/26/2023 to accept a 30-day trial period to claim a gift card along with the magazine subscriptions of $19.95 per month on my credit card starting on 8/2/2023.

    First of all, I did not ever call this company to order any magazines which I don't want or have any interest in their gift card. Several other people have received this same letter and are being charged fraudulently on magazines that they did not order and there are some people that did place an order and never received anything at all in the mail.

    This company is scamming everyone and stealing their money from their debit or credit cards without their authorization or mines.

    This company needs to be shut down immediately. They also said that I provided my electronic signature which is another big LIE!

    I also think they are using a fake address and phone number.

    I also plan to make another complaint on the complaint board so that everyone can read all of the information that this dishonest company is doing to people's livelihoods , especially the ones that are only on a fixed income.

    We also know that you were able to easily contact us to cancel during your trial period without being charged, because you called on July 14th to do so. That option is foundational to how our free trial functions.

    Charge showed up on my ******** ******* Card this morning at 05:42 AM, without me buying anything.
    At that time, I was sleeping.
    I am an 87-year-old man who does not shop.
    This is a FRAUD,
    Please stop these fraudsters, I do not even know what they sell.

    This customer accepted the offer to subscribe to our service on April 10, 2023 after purchasing the ********* product he saw advertised on TV. Our offer was made by the same representative who took his order for the ********* product, and the customer furnished his billing details for our service separately and distinctly for our service.

    That said, we have refunded the single charge made to his credit card.

    My credit card account debted for *** ****** ******** without my knowledge. Just found out that Radius Media group is the culprit

    This magazine is part of the service you ordered by phone immediately after your purchase of the *** **** ******* ***** Air Cleaner on June 9, 2022.

    You cancelled this service when you reversed the single charge through your bank.

    We will cease fulfillment of your magazines.
