Just a quite note to say Christina in customer service ROCKS! I had called over 25 places searching for a place to store my 23foot boat for the winter and every place I called had NO vacancy! I thought ok I will just cover the boat on the slip this winter until I can get a spot. That being said the only stinking covers I could find on line were only 20 feet long! I finally called ShelterLogic and Christina went to work clicking away on her computer and within seconds found me exactly what I was looking for, gave me color choices, size choices and emailed me all of the information so that I could do the measurements that I should have before I called and let her know!!! She may have been eye rolling at her desk but her voice was pleasant and she didn’t miss a beat in her kind words to me. I was so frustrated when I called but Christina put a smile on my face when I hung up my phone knowing my boat issue was solved!! Good service needs to be rewarded!! Give Christina a big ol raise because she deserves it big time!! **** ********* Satisfied Customer

I purchased a really nice Tommy Bahama beach chair for my summer adventures in *******. Sadly, on July 4th while on the beach, my nice chair broke on each of the back legs. The chair was practically brand new. I was so sad and decided to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they could help me get a replacement chair. Rachel S*** at Shelter Logic Group was FANTASTIC! She worked diligently to help me find another chair to replace the broken chair. After sending documentation of the damaged chair, Rachel had another chair shipped directly to my house! Kudos to Rachel!ShelterLogic Corp.

This company’s customer service is amazing! I inquired about a replacement leg for a Quik Shade canopy that had been damaged in severe wind. Although the part I needed was not available they worked with me to find a solution. They kept me informed throughout the process. Also, they carry quality products. Even though one leg on the canopy was bent, I am very happy with this canopy. Honestly, no canopy can survive all winds and weather and this one has been fantastic. Shelter Logic is one of the rare companies that sells quality products backed with awesome customer service.ShelterLogic Corp.

I am so satisfied with customer support. The part of an umbrella I bought in ****** is broken after an year and asked any possible assistance on this.
