  Wish had option to give it 4.5 stars. I had two separate installations by this company after ordering from national wholesale club. Was incredibly apprehensive after reading these reviews (though note this is BBB, so not everyone is going to go through trouble of leaving a review here). I did leave a message for them prior to install date which they never returned but the night prior to each of the two installs, they did contact me. For the first install, Keith never gave me a timeframe for when the installers would come, but the installers did contact me toward end of workday to say they were on the way and did come (and came back even when they had to go pick up a part). For the second install, Nicholas did give me a timeframe the night before, and it was accurate. Both installations were done professionally, the installers were efficient and cleaned up after themselves, and I could not be happier. All appliances working great, no problems with gas or leveling. As others noted we did pay for some outlet/gas pipe upgrades for DW and stove, but it was our choice.

  Similar to previous reviews - ordered appliance from national chain store and this company was contracted to install.
  Never called to confirm as promised. Never answered phone when called multiple times. When national chain called, would only answer some of the times, and kept saying someone was on the way. Ultimately never showed up or contacted to give a reason / alternate solution.
  Do not waste your time with this company.

  Wish I could give zero stars, wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't want their house to burn down.
  Ordered a dishwasher from ****** that came with installation and haul away. When the technicians removed the old dishwasher they noted that it was hard wired (1983 build) and it would have to be brought up to code, which is plugged into a GFCI outlet; they offered to install a GFCI outlet under my sink, 6" above floor level for $180 (190.80 after tax), so much for free install right? but I had already wasted enough of my work day dealing with it so I said sure. When they told me they were done, they had installed a GFCI outlet & box at the inside front of a lower cabinet and left exposed romex to boot. As that wasn't what we discussed, or safe, I requested they install per our agreement. They said they could do it, but it would cost more. Argument ensued, they called the owner of their business, I talked to him, we reached a new agreement, they uninstall the dishwasher so I could get somebody competent to install it, refund my money, and haul the old one away. I went down to the basement to turn off the breaker, while I was out of the room they ripped out the outlet they installed grabbed their tools and ran to their truck and drove off. They left the dishwasher partially installed, BARE WIRES exposed in the cabinet, and left the old dishwasher on my deck. No word if I've been refunded or if they just stole ~$200 from me. Thankfully the breaker was still off, so I uninstalled the dishwasher myself, noting how shoddily it had been installed (not level, exposed mounting brackets, and only one screw holding it into the side wall of the cabinet). I purchased & installed an AFCI outlet in the proper location (AFCI is required by the current code, not GFCI) to the tune of $40. DO NOT hire these guys.

  One star is generous! Purchased a GE Profile Double Convection ****** which was to include installation & removal of the old unit. ****** apparently uses A+ in CT for the installation/removal part. They failed to appear on the agreed upon day for the installation & ghosted me when I attempted to nail down a second installation date/time window. I am still waiting for ****** to remove the fully packaged GE Ovens from my garage & credit my purchase price a week later!

  I purchased a dishwasher from ******* They contracted A Plus to install it, but after reading the reviews I was hesitant. Well I was pleasantly surprised.
  The installer was professional, competent, quick, clean and very pleasant. He called while the dishwasher was in route and arrived minutes afterwards. The dishwasher looks great, he tested and it’s working (I just got it today). He took away the old one and all the packaging. I’m glad I didn’t take the advice of some of the bad reviews here.
  I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

  Had a great experience with a+ installation out of East Hartford Connecticut this week. Purchased an appliance gas stove at ****** and they were assigned as the installers. Communication was timely, professional and followed up to ensure they could coordinate properly around the delivery day and time. The actual installer was very kind, helpful, professional, polite on time would strongly recommend.

  These guys were hired by GE Appliance to install a new wall oven for me. They installed it crooked, apologized for the issue, said they'd come back in 2 days (a Saturday morning) to fix their error and NEVER DID. Then, when I called and texted them repeatedly to come back and do the job correctly, they ghosted me.

  I have nothing but great things to say about A Plus Installation, L.L.C. Their team was responsible and timely, and did great work. I was able to get in touch with them as/when needed, and they were extremely patient with my many requests. In addition, their teams were really friendly and respectful of my house. Although introduced through a ** Appliance delivery, I have started to use them for other projects as their rates are very reasonable.

  ****** uses this company for appliance installs that require a gas hook up. Well just so you know they DO NOT EXIST anymore. Spent days leaving messages by myself and ****** to the former company's number. Your voicemails and ******'s will be ignored. It's even more amazing ****** still contracts a company that is OUT OF BUSINESS. I am sure A Plus is scamming ****** and taking install fees and ****** has yet to catch up. A report with the CT Consumer Protection and Attorney General has been filed to make sure this scam company will completely cease to exist and completely inconvenience more people no more.

  If you are told your equipment will be installed by the company F-, either get yourself a prescription of antianxiety meds, or hit up the liquor store because your in for a ride. The WORST COMPANY I have ever delt with in my entire life! Don't answer calls, don't return calls, don't return texts, say they will deliver a certain day, then don't show up and don't answer calls or texts the day after. Im not sure this is an actual company or someone working out if their garage. Complete IDIOTS!!! This post is to SAVE YOU TIME AND SANITY, with the small chance whatever bullshit business this is, goes out of business.
