    If your appliance company says, they've assigned your installation to A Plus, cancel your order and go elsewhere. I'm not sure this company is even in business anymore. No response to multiple calls, voicemail system completely full. Left hanging by my retailer because this company won't respond.

    Honestly, yes the installation for our gas dryer was pushed from 1-4p window, to 7:30p, then to the next day 8-9a, when we talked to ****** they said that this company didn’t even work on Saturday’s, but they ended up coming at 11a. but our service technician, Manny, was friendly, efficient and knew what he was doing. We had a not up to code gas pipe from the old dryer, and the new gas pipe that came with our new dryer wouldn’t reach the output pipe on the wall. I read Manny the inspection report, which he said was a simple fix, but would just need to run to the hardware store. He came right back , same day, fixed it all up, made sure to test run them like you are supposed to for a trial rinse to get out the shipping oils out, took our trash boxes and was professional.
