    I am a caretaker for a person in this home. This company has the worst customer service I've ever seem. The water system is not working. Repair person came out 11/02. Parts needed. Two week time frame given for parts to come in. I called 2 wk time frame given. NO part in YET. BUT schedule an appt for 1/5 for repair on the NON working system 2 MONTHS WITH system not working. Everytime I call I get put on hold, so they can READ all the NOTES in the computer about my OUTRAGE of their incompetent customer service that I have delt with for the last 4 1/2 YEARS. This is a proprietary water system. So NO other company can work on this system. So once you get their service your STUCK with them. I feel they see me as difficult and go WAY out of their way to NOT give appropriate customer service.

    We are reviewing the status of the required part.     The 11/2 call was for delivery and not a service call.   The customer called later with service issue on 11/21.   We serviced the system on 11/21 and at that time, we diagnosed the issue with the part.   We are experiencing supply chain issues and do not have this part in stock.     We are trying to expediate the deliver and resolve the issue.    We set up a service call for 1/5/23 and will attempt to move this date up if the part becomes available sooner.
