      Worst service ever. On the borderline of fraud. They make you pay by giving you incomplete information. To call their helpline you have to pay more as well. TOTAL SCAMMM. US GOVT - take this down

      Charges were not clearly spelled out at the beginning of the process, and our **** application was rejected (by the ****************** not by VFS). For the amount of money paid (roughly $500 for my wife and I together), I would have expected more than a cursory review of our application, highlighted potential errors, and more accurate information on their website.

      Terrible. For ** applicants there is no customer service at all. You just send your passport into a black hole and hope for the best. ****** **** application site plugs you right in to VFS so you're led to believe there isn't another way to do it, but if I were doing this again I'd ****** that first. VFS clearly has no incentive to move quickly or efficiently with your sensitive information, I would just say read the fine print and give yourself more time to hear back than you think you'll need!

      If I could give a zero rating I would.  If you have alternative choices for any visa needs; use them.  Long story, but they represented a need for a Brazil visa; we filed; they took our money.  E-visa site was a disaster.  VFS customer service almost non-existent.  Brazil gov' quickly reversed announcement and delayed the need for a visa by three months; so we immediately asked for a refund (visa was no longer needed on our early visit date).  VFS kept the money & continued to process visa request that was no longer needed by us. The only time they communicated regularly was when we asked for the refund .... to say NO, NO, NO with no reasonable explanation..  DO NOT USE THEM and share this with your fellow travelers

      It took two months to get a paper tourist visa for India. They could not track my pre-payment and I could not open any website to track my application. It was a nighmare and I was even charged for the 2 minute "free" phone call after I was put on hold. Not at all what their website claims they accomplish.

      Terrible experience. Glitches in website, multiple charges on my credit card for same application. Chat and email are both unhelpful. I'm seriously WORRIED I will not get my visa in time to travel to Brazil. It seems nobody can help with updates and or checking to see if the website bugs/glitches are impacting the processing time. For example: my "active application" has timed out 3x and now I can't even click into it. I've reached out via email, chat, Twitter (X) and still no help.

      Trying to navigate the new Brazilian e-visa website is an almost impossible nightmare. Adding a 12 hour time limit to add additional documents (after the fact, and on different emails ) is very stressful, especially on a weekend (when one doesn't usually attend to such things). Saying that you will confiscate the more than $160 US already paid if you do not do (or are able to do) what they demand reeks of extortion and/or outright theft! I have contacted the Brazilian Embassy in Ottawa to complain as the website complaint form doesn't work (won't load). One wonders if travelers should be forewarned to avoid transiting in Brazilian airports. The new requirement starts Jan.10,2024. I wish I knew, beforehand, I would have booked a different flight.

      The worst company ever for trying to get a VISA. Their website doesn't work properly. I have been trying to get an "activation link" so that I can go in the website and book an appointment, however, they never send the link. I have two of my cases escalated, and still no contact from them regarding a resolution. I don't see how the French Embassy is still contracting with them. They are the worst.

      I'd give zero stars if i could. In all my years I have only once encountered a company supposedly dedicated to service this bad. I scarcely know where to begin. 1) the description of how to apply and the paperwork needed are in some places unintelligible, 2) Everytime I tried to upload my photo, it would appear sidewise. I ulitmately had to have a new photo taken to get it to appear the way it should, reviewing the form before submission to be sure everything was in order was challenging, e.g., I checked now in the box asking if I had parents or grandparents from Pakistan. EVERYTIME I went to review the form, that box had defaulted to yes. It was hidden in the middle of the form and easy to miss. Also, when I wouild review the form, I would see I had checked yes to a box askinf if I had ever lived in in India. I didnt remember checking such a box and when I tried to modify my application that question never appeared. To add insult to injury, there was an 800 number one could call for assistance, but the first thing you hear on the call is a recorded message noting that the first 5 minutes was free but I would be billed an amount for every 10 minutes and had to give them a cc #. Useless as there was too much noise in the background of others anwsering other queries. I could go one, but am running out of space. I was, however, entertained by the fact that one of the options for education was illiterate.
