  I never received my quilt and definitely was out the money! You will only hear from them while your product is apparently "in transit." Whatever was delivered to the wrong PO box was only 2 oz. No king size quilt is only 2 oz! Not sure what was sent, never saw it, but definitely wasn'* a **** size quilt and I will not hear another thing from them apparently!

  I bought one quilt, they sent two and charged me- it came from an address in *********, and I wore to them at ************************** and they said they would consider a return but have never responded! I want a formal complaint filled. Its a scam

  What you receive in the mail is nowhere near what you see on there website. Absolute garbage cheap dollar tree for an example.

  Go to a fabric store and buy a prestamped piece of quilted fabric for $5-10, cut it out, sew binding tape around the edge, and you will have the s same cheap tree skirt for $10, that you will spend $55v+ SH + tax to get from Vantique, after waiting for a month for it to be shipped from *****. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation!Complaints to the company are all answered with the same response about their website stating "there may be a 20% variation." That is incorrect. The only resemblance is that the prestamped picture might be close to what the promised you. There will be no quilting to match the picture, just the squiggly lines that comes on all rolls of pre-quilted fabric. The edging on mine is a cheap see-thru gauzy strip of material that doesn't even go with the colors of the pre-stamped fabric. I sent them pictures, and they still tried to say they sent what they pictured. After giving me the They did offer to give me 30% off on another overpriced cheap bait-and-switch item, like I would want anything for any price from them again.

  This is the worst experience I’ve had shopping online. The quilt I ordered actually came from China and the colors were completely different from the picture posted on the website. This is not due to lighting making the color appear different, but to different colors being used. For example, parts of the quilt that were supposed to be green were actually gray, including the border and back of the quilt. Also, the quality of the material and stitching is very poor. The company will not accept a return for giving you a quilt made in different colors from what you ordered. This company’s website is deceiving and this is a scam.

  ! ! ! ! ! ! ! WARNING! ! ! ! ! ! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!! MY PREDICTION IS: You will be very disappointed. The items received are not what's pictured. This is overpriced garbage that ends up being used as a_ _ wipe. The stitching is not performed as shown on their website. It's a cheap print with a random stitch. These don't deserve a single star. No integrity with these sub-par earthlings. Not even people!!!!!!! Just a bunch of excuse givers with canned excusues.... STAY AWAY!

  This is a scam company. They advertise a quilt with pictures that they can not honor in terms of color and shading. When I contacted them about this with picture of quilt I received, I was informed that they would not trade the quilt I received for one that more closely resembles the one they advertised on their website. They said their product is handmade and 20% color variation is to be expected. I explained that the picture shows there is major color/shading variation. There response: tough, we will do nothing to satisfy the concerns. Beware! No one should do business with them.

  Scam! Not selling real quilts. Two pieces of material cheaply sewn together. A low quality picture printed on the material. Not handmade in ******* like advertised, instead shipped from *****. Quilt depicted in advertised pictures are not what actually gets delivered. Worth maybe $20.00 as a wall hanging, not $100.00 as an actual functional quilt. Also took forever to arrive.

  My wife ordered a Christmas server liner, it has never showed up. She has contacted them by text and never a reply back. We are out money and very disappointed. They took our money and have never contacted us re: order. Scams at their best. **) dont fall for this company. **********

  I also got burned by this scam company. Trash piece of garbage that looks nothing like the photos. They're extremely savvy scammers though. When I complained, I got pleasant assurances they would fix the problem. They said keep that tree skirt and then sent me a replacement. The second wasn't even the design I ordered. In fact, I couldn't find it on the web site. It too was just two cheap pieces of fabric sewn together that I'd expect to find at the ************. I complained again. They said they would issue a full refund IF I returned both items -- to an address in *****!! That will cost almost what I paid and will take over a month, and I'm sure they'll claim it never arrived. They know few people will take the time and money to do that, but they can say "Oh, we offered a refund." There has to be some way to shut them down, but they'll just change their name and start over. The return address on the packages was Grmando Oteroy, *******************************************. That company apparently is also a scam and has tons of complaints. Look on ****** Maps, and the address is just a house in a residential neighborhood.
