    This company is a scam, I ordered it back in Nov, said it was shipped, never received it, tryed there web site, said no such website. I paid alot of money for this item, I would really like my money back. Diana

    I feel scammed. The quality is so terrible. I could swallow the fact I got duped and live with the poor quality but I got a standard Queen size and it doesnt even reach the edge of the bed. I tried to see if I could exchange it for a bigger one and just pay the difference but they refuse. The site says theyre in ********** but the product came from *****. I cant speak to anyone on the phone. Im currently in a dispute with my credit card company.

    Chinese scam. Ridiculously overpriced and c*** quality. Just a standard printed blanket run through a quilting machine. This is a $15 blanket that cost over $100 when you add tip and shipping.

    Items are a scam and are nothing like is pictured in their ads and online store. When questioned and wanting to return, it will be at your cost and ships to *****. The return address and contact information for the company are all in the ** somehow. All of their social media pages have scrubbed comment sections and only keep those with a semi positive spin. Buyer beware.

    This company is a rip off. First of all, they trick you into purchasing things that you dont want. Then if you try to return them, they charge you a different 20%. Oh, did I tell you if you dont cancel your order within two hours of when you first order it youre not allowed to cancel it. This company is a complete scam.

    I never received my order even though I received a confirmation it had been delivered. They would would not resend the item. I have opened up a case with **** to get more information on what happened. I payed good money for a product I never received. Will not order from them again.

    Would be less stars if possible. This is company is a scam. Many people have been ripped off by them. Ordered a tree skirt that was supposed to be quilted. It was not. What I received was a photo printed image on a cheap piece of polyester with white thread run around it to mimic a quilt pattern. It was NOTHING like the photos. Company refused to issue a refund and I am out $80. Don't buy from this company. Not even sure they exist as there address is a office building in ** that looks like a food hall inside. They have been reported to BBB. Just ****** the company name and you will see a lot of complaints.

    Blatant false advertising. On Vantique's site, they claim their products are hand crafted, and the pictures show items that are quilted and stitched along the image or design to give a stunning 3D and textured look and feel. What you actually receive is something two layers of moving blanket material stitched together with a white thread which stands out against a blurry and poorly dyed image on one side. There is zero padding or poly stuffing in between the layers. If you hold it up to a light, you can actually make out details through the fabric. They do mention a possible 20% variance in color due to lighting, but this doesn't dismiss the fact that it's a completely different type of product than what they're advertising. I've seen online where many have posted 1 star reviews on the Vantique site, and they have NO 2 or 1 star reviews on any of their items. So they're actively hiding customer reviews that try to warn potential buyers. I'd understand if this item cost me $10 - $15 shipped, but I paid $70 for a product that I was expecting to be worth that dollar value.

    Zero stars. I have had the same problem. What I ordered is not even close to what was represented. The Santa looks like a cartoon and the snowflakes are pixilated. They are now saying they are not responsible for manufacturing errors and will not refund because of sanitary issues???They are now coming thru my FB and Instagram feed with other company names. Same fake pictures.Someone needs to shut these companies down.
