  I called the collections ***** of **** to see if I could make a partial payment that month. A lady answered and I told her what I wanted to do, she started talking about how she could help me get rid of debt and raise my credit score. By the time she told me she was from a business called Credit Sage I was still trying to figure out how **** was going to get rid of my credit card debt. So I listened and fell for the sales pitch. Close yo $300.00 for the initial payment then about $100.00 for each month after that- and she advised not cancelling after the first month because it might take longer for them to get things taken care of. After the first month and two more I finally cancelled as by that time i was no longer thinking about letting them do their job but about cutting my losses. Before cancelling I did(after she practically made me promise not to contact my creditors) call them and was told they had had no contact from Credit Sage. When I cancelled, the man I talked to at Credit Sage told me that was because Credit Sage had used a different name when they contacted my creditors. (Why??). Anyway, here I am, about $500.00 poorer and still with credit card debt. In my opinion, Credit Sage violated some law against using another businesses telephone number, strung me along pretending to do what I had hired them to do, while I pay them every month. If you are, in some way, contacted to Credit Sage, take the time to read the reviews on here( both favorable and unfavorable) before agreeing to anything.

  I just talked to a representative and it was very knowledgeable about credit transactions. What you could do to get things corrected? And he can even correct wrong addresses and misspellings of my names. Cause I always used a double hyphenated married name. But I have no middle name and it's all messed up. And I originally called to Hey not dispute a couple of small things, I owe from the pandemic. I don't have huge credit debt but he said he saw so many errors on my account he's going to correct the errors and they could write off the 2 debts. One of them is too large for auto Insurance Company. Don't even know why it's there the other one I think oh partial but it's 3 times the amount. Of a small printer right bot. On a capital one and the collection agency bought it and then tripled the price that I owe. Plus forward credit, I was working with a lemon Lar or for them to buy back my car and because of the pandemic. Of course that repossessed it. Then they said they would no longer negotiate which is wrong. So I can't believe that this company credit safe is also going to work on that for me. Because they couldn't auction off the car at any value and it was only three years old. Not my problem that california state has two class action against them for the ford focus and Fiesta. So it was worth it to me to pay their feeand some people may not think so, but why should I pay $5000 in debt? When I can pay a company a couple hundred dollars to help me and the collection bureaus our ridiculous.

  They got rid of all my collections. The people I've talked to were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would recommend them to anyone.

  These people are scammers. They charged $378 for phone calls I had already made myself. They said that you can cancel in 3 days, however, did not say the $378 was non refundable.

  First off I am not a robot. I have been very satisfied with the services provided by credit sage. They have helped get a lot of negative information off of my credit report. They are not magicians or wizards. They are doing basically the same exact thing that you can do yourself. Only one catch, most likely if you think you are in the need of their services you are not an expert with your own personal finances but you are trying to get your credit in a better state. They have their system set in place to be able to help you more efficiently than you can yourself and it is much more convenient to do so. I just recently canceled my membership with great thanks for the help they gave.. before ending the conversation on the phone I went ahead and requested a way to give a review that would be best to help their company and they gave me this link for the better Business bureau. I let him know that the one negative thing that I can say about the program is I wish it was cheaper other than that anytime I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner. Everybody has a different financial situation and things *** not go as you plan but you should at least give them the opportunity to help explain and or correct whatever it is that *** have went wrong so please don't put a negative review before giving them the opportunity to fix the problem.

  It's a scam they talk alot and fast. I was at work today when I did it trying to get ahold of another place. Did not realize it was not who I wanted to pay till I say my bank notification. I read the contract. Just called to clarify if I mail a written notice of cancelation within 3 days I get a refund but they wouldn't answer told me to wait till tomorrow to decide so I'm gonna stop at the mail processing center tonight and get that going.

  These people are thieves and will take your money without helping you . I am in the process of buying a house. They did not at any moment give me information stating it would hurt my chances of being approved for my house. I called the same day I payed them to fix some discrepancies on my credit to cancel and they stated they would cancel and Id get my refund if I would mail in the canceled contract which I did. Today I spoke to ******** the account manager who said I was not eligible for that refund and their protocol is not to ask customers if theyre in the process of buying house . Please be aware if youre in the process of buying a house to not pay these people otherwise you will not get approved. & they will rob you of your money.

  Predatory scammers. Theyll charge your card for months and claim theyve made improvements to your credit when there are absolutely none. Then refuse to refund you when they dont do what theyre hired to do. Ive lost over $1,000 to this garbage company. DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

  Company is a scam. I was promised that my issue would be resolved in a month or less and after that month was up they said it would be 3 more months before I get a resolution. $375 the first month and $100 each month after that yeah no

  This company is a fraud I’ve been with them for one month now they charge me $328 upfront and I called them three times today. They hung up on me all three times. They are hard to get in touch with this is a scam. do not trust this company. I pray that this company reaps what they sow. Food gain by fraud tastes sweet, but one ends up with a mouth full of gravel. Do not say I’ll pay you back for this wrong. Wait for the lord, and he will avenge you. A fortune made by a lying tongue is a fleeting vapor and a deadly snare. THE BIBLE!!! Thank you Jesus you will bring justice. And I also cancel my card and saw that they made an attempt to charge me, but it didn’t go through.
