  I tried to call a debt collector I owed money to at first they pretended to work for/with that company....they don't they stated because of error the creditor made they could help me get rid of it completely they said they just needed first to charge my card **** to review my credit report through the site they use to look at it all. I was nervous but she assured me that it was normal and fine. I decided not to use her services because it felt scammy and was expensive and because of the reviews on here. Than more than a week after I declined services they tried to charge my card for $20 more bucks I immediately disputed it with my bank they reversed the charges and now I have to get a new card. I in no way ever said I was going to use their services or authorized a ***** to come out of my account. In fact I said nah it sounds scam like. These people are crooks who will wait a long while after communicating with you to try and charge ur card in the middle of the night. Shut these guys down. I have never heard of them helping anyone and the comments that are positive on the cite they tell you to go to for reviews the reviews are obviously fake and created by them. Because they are all within a week old. Stay away I know during hard times you get desperate to believe there's an out but these scammers are not your out.

  Super sketchy and bad business practices. Like. This is a scam. I tried to call a completely different company and then they were who I got. They prey on people in hardship . They won't communicate with you. They charge you 378 up front then another 120 a Month and their app and customer service is trash. Any of these super long and positive reviews you see most definitely are from the inside. They aren't on ****** or any other rating platform. And infact they're getting sued and you can find it online ******* v credit sage Stay far away from this company.

  I was going to cancel my account, but was given a $40.00 deduction and she explained what all was involved in the process and was very friendly. I saw some positive activity in my portal. Im staying with them for 3 more months.

  I was told I could cancel this service through the portal anytime. That is a lie. You have to call - they never answer after hours on hold - or send a registered letter. I sent a registered letter if cancellation within the 3 days of the date of contract as stipulated on the website. I also had to cancel my debit card to make sure they did not charge me anyway. All in all, they do not tell you the truth and make it next to impossible to cancel payment.

  Please help! I signed up for this service on the 3rd of January,2024 after reading a plethora of positive reviews on Trust Pilot (which I feel is also a fraudulent company as they also fraudulent reviews to be posted on their site).When I first called, they picked up immediately. The representative seemed highly professional and conducted herself with a pleasant, kind demeanor.However, after I hung up the phone I tried to log in to the account (their portal) in order to upload the documents they requested from me (such as my ID and paystubs). I was denied access. This seemed suspicious to me as I was told if I didn't submit these documents, they could not conduct their service.I tried calling right back. No answer. I called maybe 5 more times and just the same: I was waiting for over an hour listening to their music, no one ever answering. I panicked and googled "creditsage scam". Lists of complaints on other sites sited how they had a nightmare experience with these people. People claimed they tried to cancel and were ghosted, continued to be charged every month.I tried to keep my card locked and continue to try to reach them over the next few weeks. However, one day..I forgot to lock my card and of course, I was charged the 278, despite my constant attempts to cancel since the very first day. We were allowed a 3 day window to cancel..but no one picked up the phone until the 8th (5 days later).I was transfered to the same representative and she said I would receive an email and that the charge would be canceled or removed. It wasn't. -And now days later, the charge transferred from pending status to posted.I want my money back!... and now again, am unable to reach anyone. My bank agreed to deny any additional charges; however, they say the process of the dispute could take months.Please help expedite this process in returning my money from this painfully (now obviously) deceptive company.I tried keeping my card locked so

  I googled the name of my debt collector to pay a past due bill. The name of the company I was looking for popped up I clicked the link and called the number. I have no idea how it ended up being credit Sage. The collection was in the amount of ******. I called and the guy I spoke to told me it was 203 dollars. After going back and forth I ended up just paying it to be done with it. He began to tell me about how I would be billed monthly in the same amount for signing up for their services. I told him I didnt want to sign up for anything so not to use my card again. He agreed and sent me a receipt via email. I didnt trust him and replaced my card. Sure enough they tried to bill it again a month later. Turns out they werent the creditor I tried to reach. After speaking to someone on the phone they told me they would cancel my account and a supervisor would be reaching out to me for a refund. That never happened and they continue trying to bill the old card. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Double check the links you go on. **** bucks I got off easy who knows what they are getting other people for !

  This company pretends to be a debit collector you may owe money to but is actually a credit repair agency. They dont disclose this and in the process of working you extract personal information such as your DOB, SS, Nane and address by means of sending your cell phone a link to prove your identity. This company could be engaged in identity theft and should be investigated!

  SCAM!!! Thought they were going to fix my credit score waited a month to see if my credit collections would fall off and they didnt.
